As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests.

IMPORTANT: No Smokers as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes vaping, marijuana, pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or any other aerosolized substance. Should this rule be violated we will charge a $500 fine and have the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and guests will be liable for the cost.

Pets
Dogs are NOT allowed.

General Damages
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.

Fire Prevention and Safety
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers. This is the forest, please be responsible and do not dispose anything that could cause a fire without assuring that it is unable to cause a fire. Forest fires prevention is everyone's responsibility.

Other
The space you are booking is for 10 people. More than ten people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by the homeowner before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay.

We may leave consumables such as S’more supplies, coffee, and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.

If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
