¡Búsqueda excepcional! Situado en el corazón de Hoboken. Cerca de parques, muelles, restaurantes, bares y bares, este encantador apartamento se encuentra en una casa ocupada por tres familias que tiene todo lo que necesita para su visita a Nueva York. Die Wohnung war exakt wie beschreiben und super sauber. Diane und Ihr Mann war stets über die FeWo App erreichbar und wenn etwas war, haben sie sofort unterstützt.In der Wohnung findet man eine voll ausgestattete Küche, selbst Kaffee war vorhanden, ausreichend Handtücher und Bettdecken. Beide Schlafzimmer haben sehr gute Matratzen, selbst das zusätzliche Klappsofa ums Eck im Wohnzimmer. Irgendwie haben die Vermieter an alles gedacht. Von Bällen, Bücher, Kochbücher bis hin über Spiele und Fernseher (Mehrzahl) ist alles vorhanden. Absolut außergwöhnlich!Genial war der Blick aus dem hinteren Schlafzimmer auf die Skyline von Manhattan. Nach so etwas sucht man lange (siehe Bilder).Die Verbindung nach Manhattan ist auch sehr einfach. Zwei Blocks runter zur Washington Street und in den 126er Bus nach New York für 4,10. Außerdem kann man auch den Path verwenden.Lokale findet man auch in der Nähe. "The Brick" ist gut und günstig, unsere Empfehlung ist "Carpe Diem".Zusammenfassend gibt es zu sagen. Die Wohnung ist jederzeit zu empfehlen! Verschlägt es uns wieder nach New York, dann nur in dieser Wohnung!Danke Diane und Familie!

This place was absolutely amazing. Very clean and cozy. We had lots of room for our family, great beds, and layout.It is the best location for walking to everything you need... bagels, buses and booze;-)The host was so kind, responsive and accommodating.We will definitely stay here again.

Brilliant location, spacious apartment with everything you need - plenty of space for our family of 5. First time visitors to NYC and we found the location to be perfect, a lovely walk to the train station and then 15 min journey into central manhattan. My husband and I are both fussy sleepers, and we both agreed the bed in the master bedroom was the comfiest we’ve ever slept in when on holiday, and the views from the bedroom were incredible!We were also very grateful for the tumble dryer after the flash floods whilst we were there! Would 100% recommended.

Oh my heavens. We could not have asked for a more incredible stay. This listing is exactly as advertised, in an amazing location. It was so easy for us to just pop on the bus and get over to Manhattan. And the buses were so frequent at the end of the night, we never had any issues. Diane was incredible host, always reply to me within an hour or less. Made sure I was OK, made sure I had all of the information that I needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect place for exploring New York

Great property in a lovely area of New Jersey, away from all the hustle and bustle of NY centre. Lots of individual shops and restaurants nearby. Amazing view of the NY skyline and great for strolling down the river in the evening. Well equipped apartment with spices, oils and sauces, which avoids having to buy them all in and makes it easier if cooking.Easy transport on the bus into NY. Would definitely stay here again.

Heerlijk authentiek en net huis

Het appartement zit op de eerste verdieping, in een mooi oud huis in een prachtige straat. Net even buiten de drukte van Manhattan. In de buurt zijn veel leuke restaurantjes en winkels. Het contact met de eigenaar verloopt goed, reageert snel en vriendelijk. Wij hebben het met drie opgroeiende kinderen een week lang enorm genoten van het huis, Hoboken en New York.

Amazing stay and property - if I could give it an 11/10 I would! Beautiful property with amazing views and very close to NYC with easy access via bus, ferry or train.Great food locations and the owners are amazing people with great communication. The place is AMAZING!!! We booked this for our family vacation with teenagers and they loved it - plenty of room for a family of 5!Thank you!!

Het was echt perfect. Het was 's avonds aangenaam terugkomen in prachtige huis in een nog fijnere buurt. De bedden sliepen zalig, het balkon was een echte plus en de eigenaren respecteerden onze privacy... Heel fijn ook om dan de drukte in Manhattan terug te kunnen keren naar een veel rustigere maar toch levendige buurt. Veel fijne restaurantjes in de buurt. Met de bus ben je echt in een kwartiertje in Midtown, De Path is een prima alternatief voor Downtown Manhattan en Brooklyn.

Girlfriends get away!

This house has so much charm! I've stayed at many VRBO's and this was place has been my favorite. So many special touches. The coffee table books, basketball, extra linens and toilet paper. The kitchen is well stocked with coffee, teas and even a filtered water pitcher in the fridge and ice cube trays! Beds were very comfy even the futon. Having coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking an adorable neighborhood was amazing. There were 4 of us staying here and it felt like home. Water pressure in the shower is great, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. It is a narrow staircase leading up to the apartment, I only mention it in case you are an over packer like me. My bag was 50 pounds, and it was an adventure to haul it up there. I lift heavy so it was manageable but my girlfriends who don't work out had issues, so I hauled up all the luggage. Just an FYI if you have mobility issues getting a heavy bag up those stairs might be difficult. I would not change a thing about this place the location, atmosphere, comforts and proximity to path station and food are epic! Diane the host was spectacular she helped us figure out the keurig machine and even provided us a safe space to store our luggage before and after checking in and check out. Would absolutly stay here again, I highly recommend.

Five-Star Family Getaway to New York

This is a beautiful second-floor apartment in a picturesque neighborhood. Our family of two adults and three teens were very comfortable for four nights. Daughter said the futon was very comfortable, and the folding screen created a private sleeping area. The view from the back bedroom was wonderful.The apartment included everything we needed. We brought our own laundry supplies, but found some provided. Many businesses in Hoboken are within easy walking distance. We enjoyed Morelia's Paletas and Paris Baguettes. There is a park with playground at the end of the block.It was so easy to get to and from NYC for sightseeing. The closest bus stop is two blocks, with the 126 bus direct to the Port Authority Bus Terminal at 42nd Street. Tip: Make sure you have the NJ Transit Authority app to buy tickets. One user can get tickets for everyone. One day we rode the PATH train to the World Trade Center, which was also very convenient. There are ferry options, but we didn't choose that.Diane gave great parking advice. Street parking is very limited. Despite having daily permits, we ended up at the Independence Garage on 12th Street (four blocks away) for two days (35 for 24 hours). If you plan to use transit to/from NYC, then I recommend simply parking at the garage rather than searching for street parking. Communication with Diane was great, with helpful recommendations. Check in/out was easy. We loved our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Superb apartment. Host Diane was super thoughtful and helping. There was a boil water advisory when we arrived, and she had already left a lot of bottled water before we arrived. The listing picture do not do justice to the premises. It’s much nicer in real life. Kitchen is well appointed,, including a quality range. Good utensils and dishes. The beds are comfortable. Really a great stay. Would return any time.

Love this place!!!

It was a great stay, we will definitely will be back to Hoboken. It was perfect to see the city every morning and then take the ferry over to NYC. We didn’t have a car so we either walked (which everything is within .5 miles) or took a bus/taxi/uber. Very fun and great experience, only one bathroom which was a little hard with friends but overall great. Besides the dog barking on the last night, it was very quiet and would book again. I would say really not for small kids though, the house is very old but really well maintained. Kids might have a harder time with the stairs and space.

So convenient

This is a great area to stay. Easy access to NYC by bus, PATH, ferry. Good local shops for food, drink etc and plenty of restaurants nearby. Spacious, warm apartment.

Immaculate, very comfortable and great location

This was our second stay at this very charming apartment. It checks all the boxes for a vacation rental that we will always return to. For starters , it is in a nice walkable neighborhood with beautiful trees, historic homes and an awesome view of the new york city skyline from the bedroom window.. it was impeccably clean upon arrival and well stocked . You can walk to several restaurants and grocery stores and delis! A longer stay next time is a must!

Fabulous apartment in lovely location

Fabulous spacious apartment with great ammenities and in a lovely location with easy access to central.Manhattan. The property is beautifully maintained and really comfortable and homely as well. We loved the Hoboken area with plenty of areas to eat and close to the sea/river front overlooking Manhattan island. Lovely to walk down during both day and evening and very safe walking around. Diane was a great host we would thoroughly recommend her apartments for a stay and will definitely return if we come back to New York. Thanks Diane.

Simply Amazing!

We had a group of 4 women over 50. We have never stayed in Hoboken, wow what a beautiful city, with many amazing restaurants !! The house was on a beautiful street and so spacious!! The photos don’t do it justice! The owner and the communication was excellent!! Also, We enjoyed a quick ride over to NYC a couple times. I would definitely recommend!!

Jay and I have been married since right after college, and are among the 'founding families' of Hoboken, staying here while our three kids grew up in a unique and urban walking town. We love to travel, and are big VRBO vacation renters, renting houses as far away as Washington state, Maine, New Hampshire and California. Jay works in Manhattan, and I work in Hoboken at a publishing company, which moved to Hoboken from NYC in 2002. Our two older sons are in college, and our daughter is in High School.

We purchased this house in 1999, when our family was really young. Over the years we've renovated almost every square inch of the place, while trying to keep the original, historic charm. The house was built in 1901, along with 4 other 'mirror-image' houses on Castlepoint. We love the street, the neighborhood and the fact that it's a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Hoboken. We've recently decided to convert one apartment so we could expand a little over the holidays, and enjoy the city view.

This home has a history, and living in it has been a very happy experience. We're a half a block from the park, and in the summer, our kids were in and out, off the basketball courts, on the playground, biking, roller blading. We've watched the Hoboken waterfront transform from broken down industrial into an absolute gem, where people walk, bike and fish, and simply sit outside with a book. Hoboken is a neighborhood extension of Manhattan.
