Great stay, super accompdating host when my previous accomodation was cancelled last minute. Awesome location. Only drawback is it got rather loud at night, recommend bringing some earplugs.

Couldn’t have found a more perfect place for my work stay. So spacious and had everything I needed for a restful and productive time. Full kitchen, W&D and soaking tub were incredible amenities. Location was close enough to everything I needed. Houston is a busy street, bring a brown noise machine to help tune out sirens!Helpful and gracious host. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!!!!

Chris' property in the Lower East Side was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced (and we've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties). It was perfect--the space, cleanliness, amenities, safety, location, communication... After a long day of walking NYC with all of its amazing energy and stimulation, it was a wonderful feeling returning to the sanctuary that is this apartment. The space itself is comfortable and inviting, and is equipped with everything that we needed during our 5-night stay. The view from the balcony (a balcony!!) was spectacular and the rooftop terrace blew us away every time we visited. The location is ideal as it's safe and very convenient to everything one may need. Having both subway stations less than a 15-minute walk away was awesome. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us to stay at your glorious property. To be able to afford a property as nice as this one was highly appreciated.

This was a spacious place in NYC! Separate bedroom with plenty of room and very large closet. Comfortable living room with balcony, open concept with kitchen right there. Another closet in the entryway next to the bathroom, which also is spacious. It has a tub/shower combo and the water was nice and hot. The building tenants were very quiet. We enjoyed some time up on the rooftop deck. Sweeping views of Manhattan! It is right on Houston, so gets noisy, but wasn't bad for us - we kept windows closed and I used ear plugs. No problem.

We had 6 nights in this modern and clean apartment hosted by Chris. Situated on the 6th floor with a small balcony to watch the world go by. This is a quiet residential building. Liked the uncluttered stylish presentation of the unit. Great sized wardrobe for hanging clothes and storing bags. Appreciated the equipped kitchen that included basics like tea & coffee, dishwasher tablets, etc. Air conditioning worked well. Bus stops regularly right outside the door for trips to town. M9 & M21 services. Grocery store one street away. Easy and safe walk. Modern gym in building and rooftop terrace for panoramic views of Manhattan. Free swimming pool in the park diagonally across from the building. Highly recommend this unit. Photos accurately reflect the accommodation.

Pros: Very new building/apartment. Kitchen and amenities are great. Rooftop area is nice (great views). Host very responsive. Accessible by bus. Nice to be away from "busier" areas of lower east nice. Cons: Bed a little uncomfortable for two people. 10 minute walk to closest subway.

Modern, clean & safe apartment in East Village

Absolutely loved my two-week stay at this luminous, modern suite while overseeing my art installation in Manhattan. The space is beautifully appointed—sleek, serene, and perfectly situated in the heart of the vibrant Lower East Side. The private terrace, in-unit washer/dryer, and access to the rooftop deck with sweeping skyline views made it feel like a true sanctuary.What truly set this stay apart was the host’s extraordinary kindness. He went out of his way—late at night and early in the morning—to ensure my smooth check-in when my bag was delayed, and throughout my stay, he responded promptly and graciously to every need. 5 night stay in Manhattan

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in Manhattan after running the Boston Marathon. We wanted to stay in an apartment away from the tourist hotspots as this was our 2nd visit to the city, but close enough to the subway to easily access the must see places.The F line on the subway closest to the apartment was great as it took us uptown and downtown in a couple of stops.The apartment was a great size for 2 travellers, washing machine and dryer, great sized kitchen, was very clean. The location was a little too far out of the way for us, even though the subway was a 12 minute walk, this is surprisingly quite a hike winding through many streets. The area is of concern, I personally didn’t feel safe, we quickly worked out the safer streets to walk down. As referenced by another visitor the apartment was noisy as it backs on to a busy road which is frequently used by emergency service vehicles and many loud trucks and cars at all hours of the night.Overall the location was not for us but the apartment itself was great.

Luxury in NYC - Perfection!!

My husband and I spent 5 nights at this property and could not have been happier. The communication with Chris was great. A couple days before arrival he sent easy-to-follow instructions to enter the building, the apartment plus all of its amenities.Upon entering everything was spotless and just as lovely as pictured. Modern, spacious, clean and bright. The kitchen was well-equipped with Bosch appliances and everything we needed was there and more. The living room had floor to ceiling windows and a balcony where you could sit and watch all of the action around you. The blackout shades worked well in the bedroom and kept the room nice and dark for sleeping. The bathroom was modern, fresh and nicely appointed as well. We loved all the different lamps and lighting with dimmers in all of the rooms.Although the apartment was exceptional, the rooftop was our favorite spot for before/after dinner drinks. AMAZING 360-degree views of the NYC skyline plus a firepit, several different sitting areas, a putting green and gas grills. The top floor of the building also had a "party room" with TVs, pool table and a fireplace. My husband took advantage of the gym in the building as well.We walked everywhere and thoroughly explored the area. It is located near restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, parks and the East River. Make sure you take a walk through the various resident-maintained parks/gardens nearby.Do not hesitate to book this property...it's perfection!!

Great stay near the Lower East Side

Beautiful apartment, clean and convenient to many sites in the Lower East Side. Very secure building. Lovely bathroom and full kitchen. Great communication from the owner. Higher noise level some nights (from the street, not from other apartments in the building) is just part of staying NYC and to be expected (bring earplugs!).Overall a good base for exploring lower Manhattan.
