Relax at this home with the family, that has just been NEWLY remolded and beautifully decorated. Very cozy and peaceful place to stay near the beach. Bring your boat and chairs, with plenty of room to park and short 6 mile drive to Surf City Beach, Fishing Pier, and Boat Dock. With this short drive, you can spend time at the beach then head back for a nice relaxing lunch in the cool air. Afterwards, head back to the water where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards and other water crafts. Love spending time on islands before going back to see a beautiful sunset. In addition to visiting three separate beaches with their own unique features (Topsail, Wrightsville, and Surf City), have a great time visiting Historic Wilmington with great attractions like the Battleship, Aquarium, and local grills.
This home is fully stocked (kitchen/linens) with a king, full, and twin size bed that have TV’s in each room(pictures show the clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated home. You only need to bring your clothes, beach towels, and chairs as we have the grill ready for you!

I love the beach area and allowing families to have the opportunity to make vacation memories. My goal was to provide an affordable, clean, well designed home to bring your family. I have put many hours and hard labor to make this vision become a reality. I love when someone comes and just amazed at how this homes looks and feels. Only great comments have been shared about how clean, cozy, and quiet the home feels….and they will be back. This is a brand new complete remodel and furnishing. My plan was to be able to pull up and have everything available, except your personal groceries, although I have a little treat basket. Bring you chairs and sunning supplies and come enjoy a home away from away at the beach.

I love this neighborhood with life long locals. The short distant to the beach is absolutely wonderful. Even taking a Uber over to the beach is a plus. If you want to visit some of the local restaurants along the beach and not feeling up to the drive back someone will be glad to pick you up.
