Newly Renovated Chalet

Great family chalet, recently renovated with all new interior including beautiful hardwood floors, large fireplace, new furniture, fire pit, great decks to grill or just hang out, 3 bedrooms downstairs with 2 super comfortable queen beds, 2 twin bunks, twin bed in loft area, sleeps 8 comfortably, 1 full bath with tub downstairs and 1/2 bath upstairs in living area, washer/dryer; 15 minute drive to ski areas: Wildcat, Black, Cranmore, Attitash and 30 minutes to Bretton Woods.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $500 to cover damages.

Cozy Chalet

Great place to stay for exploring the surrounding countryside or when skiing. Fireplace/fire pit are perfect amenities to have for the weather in the winter months. Tim was an excellent host and responded in a timely and professional order every time our group had a question. Would stay again!

Nice house!

The host was really receptive and quick as we had questions on the house. Would recommend for a stay. We only slept there to cut the road in half as we where heading to Wells, but the mountains around looked nice! Would definetly go back for a hike. The kitchen was well equipped!!

Beautiful Chalet

Unfortunately we had something come up and could only stay a few days. The chalet was modern, updated and very clean. Very nice neighborhood and location. Close to North Conway, Jackson and Bartlett. The host was very attentive and responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone.

Awesome, quaint, well equipped cabin!

We are frequent VRBO renters, rarely do we find a rental that checks all the boxes and is worthy of a true 5 star rating! Piece of advice for new VRBO renters... find an owner rented property vs a company like Vacasa. The owners of this property clearly value the experience of their renters. Clean, well equipped and located in the perfect spot. 15 mins to both Wildcat and Attitash! Great communication from the owner! We will definitely rent again!

Family Vacation August 2020

Great vacation rental in all aspects, comfortable cozy beds, plenty of space indoors and out. Kitchen is well appointed . Location was great for hiking, MT Washington and local lakes. Loft was great for our granddaughter and filled with games for the family to play. Nothing to do with this rental or owner ** A word of COVID caution- Make reservations for State Parks. When making train reservation for MT Washington make reservations for use of the building and facilities. We were turned away from many spots. WE will be back !!

Just Right

This was our second visit, and just as enjoyable as the first. Comfortable for our family, with everything we needed, and my 17 year old granddaughter loved the loft. The location was perfect for us, with Mt. Washington to the north (we rode up in a guided van) and to the south, North Conway village (we went to a play at the Playhouse.) Also plenty of outlet stores, and my son's favorite part, going to the summit of Cathedral Ledge to the west.

Just Right for Us

The house had everything we needed, and my teenage granddaughter loved the loft room. The kitchen was very well stocked, with utensils that looked brand new, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. All in all, we would certainly consider renting the house again.

Great family chalet

This chalet is very modern and clean. Wide open for families to spend time together. The bedrooms being on the lower level was nice. And a gorgeous yard for lots of play for the kids. Love this house!

The house is awesome!! All modern and updated inside. We had eight people and more then enough room. Grill on deck was great as I enjoy cooking. Above all the place was spotless!!I plan on going again.

Cozy Place to Stay

We loved staying at Chalati. It was perfect for our group in location, space, and comfort. We really enjoyed relaxing and sitting at the fireplace one of the nights. Very comfortable and close to everything!

Great Location

House is perfect. Plenty of space for our party of seven. Plenty of board games to keep the kids occupied. Washer and dryer available. The house is clean and cozy. Plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet area, and conveniently located. Really enjoyed our stay.

Such a beautiful home. Would definitely come again.

We had the best time staying here with our little family unit. Our kids loved escaping up to the loft and loved the bunk beds! The house was incredibly clean which made us feel good especially during these Covid times. Perfect location ... close to North Conway and the mountains. I think the house is even better in person than in the pictures! We would love to stay again.

Perfect location to explore the area

Super clean house with 3 ski areas within a 10 minute drive. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and fireplace was a great bonus after a day of skiing
