Nice Condo At Attitash Mountain Village, Close to Storyland, Location!

3 bedroom 3 level condo in Building 2 at Attitash Mountain Village. The unit faces the mountain and is a very quick walk to the tunnel to take you to Attitash and Matty Bs (onsite restaurant). There isn't a better location for access to the mountain!

Lots of amenities within the complex, including pool, hot tubs, playground, tennis courts, biking/XC trails, and access to the Saco River!

The condo is set up as follows:

- First Floor - Open living room/dining/kitchen area, Outside patio area with patio furniture, 1 full bath
- Second Floor - 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 3/4 bath, laundry
- Third Floor - Loft bedroom with 4 twin beds

A/C units located in 2nd floor king bedroom and 3rd floor loft bedroom. Brand new Mini-split A/C on first floor.

I do not allow Saturday check-ins unless we are very close to the date you want. Feel free to email me to check.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Return card key to the end table basket. Return the 1st floor remotes (3) to the basket Lock slider and put pole in place on the slider. Close the slider curtain. Turn off the A/C
Remove all food from the fridge and freezer Close all blinds Make sure all appliances and lights are off Bring all trash to the dumpster. There will be a $100 charge if you leave your trash.
Load and start dishwasher if you have dirty dishes. If you used the chair patio cushions, bring them inside and place by the propane stove Pile the used towels in the bathtub.

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, tennis courts and Saco River. Would stay there again.

This was a beautiful location near Story Land and not too far from Santa’s Village. We loved the cleanliness and the number of beds. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We also loved the indoor pool! The kitchen had everything to prepare our meals. It was a wonderful stay!

Great condo/location!

I was impressed with how easy/flawless this whole booking process was and the property exceeded our expectations! The outdoor pool/hot tub was a favorite and it was very close to Storyland! Will definitely rent from this owner again!

Attitash Summer Stay

Ginny’s Attitash Condo is perfect for a family! Our kids loved the loft space and the amenities in the condo were exactly what were in the description. The location was perfect for visits to the river to slide down waterfalls, visit Diana’s Bath, and hike.

Great home for a getaway

We had an amazing stay on our annual White Mountains trip recently. Owner gave great details in the leadup with all the tips and fyis and checking inI wish we had an issue to say it was resolved but we had none. Im confident if we DID have an issue it wouldbve been resolved!The house has so much space and so many bed options the 5 of us all had plenty of room before or after any activitiesSo many options on the property including pools and access to the river. Highest Recommendation!!! Thank you!!

Nice location!

We appreciated the fact that the condo was right next to the building containing the pool and hot tubs and on-site restaurant. It's also a short drive to all that North Conway has to offer. We don't ski, but I can't imagine a more convenient place to stay. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were perfect and we slept well in that tranquil environment. I'd definitely stay again!

Totally worth going with a large group of people. Parking is super easy to find as they have plenty of parking, and they have two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The food around there is ok. Grocery store is half an hour away. Definitely will be going there one day during the winter time.

AMAZING Vacation!

We took a long weekend to stay up at Attitash for my husband's birthday weekend. The area is absolutely beautiful and very easy to get to. The unit is perfectly cleaned and stocked with every item you need. We didn't need to buy any paper goods, the linens and towels were more than enough, laundry detergent stocked and the beds were SO comfy. We had 4 adults and 2 kids stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved playing in the 3rd floor bedroom and the location was very convenient in the resort. We could walk to the indoor pool and Matty B's. We drove down to the outdoor pool area and took a wagon down to the river. Despite a very rainy summer we were able to use the outdoor facilities and made it into Diana's baths and some shopping in North Conway. My husband said this was his favorite birthday ever. We would recommend staying here 10/10 and would LOVE to come back again!

Great condo at Attitash Mountain Village!

We had a fabulous stay at Ginny's condo at Attitash Mountain Village. We have stayed at other condos in AMV and we felt that the layout of this one was the best. The kitchen is spacious enough and very open to the TV and seating area. We liked that the the stairs up to the loft (where the kids slept) were nice and wide and not too steep. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get into a loft, and that can be tricky for our young kids, especially if they get up in the middle of the night. This was perfect. Air conditioners all worked great and very powerful to cool the rooms down when needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of nice thick towels for showering. Great location to the indoor pool/Matty B's and a short walk to the outdoor pool. We love it at AMV. Ginny was super responsive and we had zero issues with check-in and check-out. Overall it was a wonderful stay and if we come back to the North Conway area next summer we will definitely look to stay in the same condo. Thank you Ginny!

We had a wonderful time at Ginny's place. It was clean, cozy and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loved the loft area. We love all the amenities of Attitash Village.

Exactly What We Needed!

Perfect accommodation for 2 families with small children. Close access to pool and restaurant at the resort. Easy drive to downtown North Conway. Would stay again.

Wonderful accommodations!

Ginny was a terrific host, super responsive and helpful! The townhouse was perfect for our family of 5 and could have fit more as well. The bunk room was very fun for the kids & having 2 bathrooms is always really good with a family. The kitchen had all we needed for making breakfast in the morning and if we were to stay in a night. We really enjoyed all the amenities of Attitash including the indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs and walking trails! Thanks for a memorable experience!

Best stocked vacation rental ever

Best stocked vacation rental ever this unit was stocked with everything we could possibly need. They were additional paper goods trash bags availability of cleaning supplies and proper pots and pans. Ginny the owner was very responsive to any needs we had.
