Great for family trip!

Karen was a great host!, everything was easy, check in, communication, responsiveness. It as like staying with a family friend! Outdoor shower was a highlight!

Great home close to the beach!

Highlights: outdoor shower, giant backyard, tons of toys and beach supplies! This house is even nicer than pictured. Plenty of space! We loved our stay! So close to the nice, quiet beach !

Great long weekend stay!

Beautiful home! This home is great for families. The back yard is amazing and totally fenced so children can play with no worries. Our granddaughter loved the swing. Plenty of items for the beach…you just need your suit.

Wonderful!

Thank you Karen for a wonderful stay. We appreciate your hospitality during the long weekend so that we could travel from Maine to celebrate my parents’ great granddaughter’s first birthday and make a visit to Bourne to the cemetery. Your property is beautiful and my parents were happy we found a place centrally located.

Pleasant Stay

Everything was clean and the facilities met our needs. Since we were all in our late 70s, the second bath being in the basement was a surprise. We assumed the bathrooms were on the main floor.

A Wonderful Week!

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this beautiful home. It was close to the beach and Plymouth and we took advantage of both. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed! Karen was a gracious and responsive hostess. She even offered to let us stay an extra night when it looked like Lee was going to come through at the end of our stay (luckily it didn't!). Thank you for sharing your home with us, Karen!

Great house short walk to the beach

My family of 4 loved staying here! We walked to the beach daily, and especially enjoyed our evening walks looking for shells and pretty rocks. We also got in the hot tub as much as possible! We enjoyed access to beach towels and a washer/dryer, and used the outdoor shower after each beach trip. We had more space in the house than we used. We would come back again for sure. Karen was so kind and responsive!

Beach beauty

This home is perfect for a beach getaway to the Cape! It is close to delicious restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach, short drive to the Canal walk, and offers opportunities for fishing. It is great for dog owners as well. The completely fenced in backyard had a hot tub, outdoor shower, lounge areas, and plenty of toys to play with for all ages. The neighborhood felt super safe as well. Karen was welcoming and answered all of my questions super quickly. The pictures don't do this home justice. We would definitely stay again on our next trip!

The perfect place for our family.

We needed a place for dogs and adults. This place fit perfectly. The yard is huge and all fenced. The hot tub was clean and lovely for a soak in the morning or at night. The house has a nice big front room with tv and a table for game playing. Plenty of couches. Just 5 of us and it worked out perfectly. So many places to eat and walk the dogs. A very different Cape Cod experience in the winter but it was our first time there and would love to come back in the summer. Karen is a great host and even returned my daughter’s AirPods by mail. Above and beyond. Thank you!

Lovely home in a quiet seaside neighborhood. My teenager daughter says, “it was very aesthetically pleasing and had a nicely coherent interior design. Perfect for cute Instagram pictures.” The house was equipped with boardgames and s’more supplies; and was so perfect for family time.

What a great little place this is! Would recommend this to anybody for any occasion. Karen, our host, was super sweet and fun and over the top helpful with suggestions on all accounts. This place was located centrally so that made it even better for us. Loved it and will for sure try to get back to this little gem!

Relaxing Getaway

This listing was exactly what we were looking for! It was a cozy house with plenty of space. The backyard was very well maintained. The privacy back there was relaxing and gave our dog plenty of room to roam. Karen was very helpful and we look forward to returning.

Relaxing, peaceful Stay

We all had a great time. Just needed to relax!! It had everything you could dream of! The owner was so kind and Accommodating. Could not have made us feel more comfortable about staying in her home.

I cannot emphasize enough my satisfaction with my families’ stay at Karen’s Sagamore Beach property.

Firstly, Karen was able to accommodate my request for an early check-in. The neighborhood is convenient to attractions and restaurants. The premise is decorated adorably, and was very clean. The accommodations were very comfortable. We enjoyed the large backyard and hot tub. My family and I will absolutely be returning to the property!

Lovely Beach House

This house was a perfect 'home base' for exploring the Cape Cod area. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos and was great for relaxing in the evening after spending long days seeing all the area has to offer. Even though we had to leave our two dogs at home - I love that this house is pet friendly. I'm so glad we found this gem!

Fully furnished home with great back yard and 10 minute walk to the beach

Echoing all of the other great reviews. My friend and I (and my dog) spent a long weekend at Karen's lovely home. The house is clean, well-furnished and comfortable, and has everything needed for a great stay (really...bikes, binoculars, reading glasses, sun hats, beach chairs and towels, dog bowls and leashes, extra drinks in the downstairs fridge, books, outdoor shower, etc....we kept discovering new things that came in handy!) We spent mornings on the back deck (the yard is large and private) watching the birds and playing Fetch, walked to the beach each day, and were well situated for day trips to Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Only wish our stay could have been longer! Karen is a wonderful and relaxed hostess...next time, hoping to schedule some massages and use the hot tub. :) Thank you!

Relaxing Getaway to Lovely Cape Home with Gracious Owner

We spent 3 nights at this charmingly decorated home with a beautifully landscaped yard. The house has all the comforts of home - well-appointed kitchen, breakfast nook, spacious living room area, comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms with plentiful hot water and 2 decks facing the lovely back yard with fire pit. Karen, the owner, was extremely gracious. A huge, beautiful old tree had fallen in the back yard during a storm the night before our arrival (thankfully, no damage to the house) and she was so apologetic for the "inconvenience" which really wasn't a big deal to us at all - we felt badly about the loss of the tree. She recommended several lunch/dinner spots, made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had everything we needed. We had a very relaxing 3-night stay and enjoyed the beaches and shopping/eating at many different locations in the area. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Karen!

Charming Home, Great Location

Beautifully decorated, neat and charming home located in a perfect spot for easy access to the sandy beach and the canal walks, the delights of Cape Cod and Plymouth. Quiet neighborhood of well-kept homes and lovely gardens.
