Just Cocoa Beachy - Cozy dog friendly beachside condo with pool and beach access!

Welcome to Just Cocoa Beachy! This inviting condo has everything families and pets need for a relaxing, stress-free vacation. The condo is stocked with beach gear and is a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Guests are welcome to take a dip in the heated pool, or play a game of tennis at the community court. In the heart of Cocoa Beach, this condo provides easy access to the city`s top attractions and is a short drive to downtown Cocoa Beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Small dogs welcome!



This cozy condo is the ideal vacation spot for a beach getaway.



The living area is a perfect place to unwind. With plenty of comfortable seating, guests can watch TV, play board games, or enjoy the view from the large sliding glass doors leading out to the community balcony. The sofa and loveseat both pull out into sleeper-sofas, creating additional sleeping accommodations for visitors.



The kitchen is fully stocked with essential supplies to cook and serve meals and has a Keurig coffee maker for convenience. The open concept design allows guests to interact with each other while cooking. The bar seats four people, or it can be used as extra counter space. The stackable washer and dryer are located just next to the kitchen for easy access.



The spacious master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, dressers, and a Smart TV. The large closet with full length mirrors provides more than enough space to store clothes and personal belongings.



The charming twin room is furnished with two single beds and a TV. Inside the closet, you will find children`s games, tennis rackets, and everything you need for a fun day at the beach!



Beach gear includes:

- Four chairs

- Large umbrella

- Large cooler

- Three boogie boards

- Beach toys



Guests are welcome to use the entire space, excluding one hallway closet.

The Diplomat Condominium complex has a strict no trailer and no motorcycle policy.



The condo is on the second floor of the building, there is no elevator.
