Couples trip

The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had everything you needed for a week at the beach! There were restaurants in walking distance so didn’t have to drive much. The best part of the condo was the view of the beach from the balcony…. Breathtaking. Natalie the service manager was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Don’t hesitate to book this unit.

Wonderful Girls weekend

We booked this beautiful rental for a relaxing friends and daughters weekend. It was everything described and more!!! From the beautiful sunrises, and our time spent on the beach, to walking for coffee and dinners; it couldnt have been a more perfect location!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the space, decor and all the ammenities!! It was a beautiful space, clean and great communication with the host! Would highly recommend, and would love to plan another trip back!!

Making Memories at Spanish Main 47

Spanish Main 47 is a lovely condo with spectacular views of the ocean! It was the perfect fit for my family and daughter’s college roommate. We loved walking on the beach everyday and the pool was very clean and refreshing! We enjoyed walking to restaurants and shops, eating meals together and having game nights. The Happy Palms Stay manager, Natalie, was outstanding with her communication with us and made us feel very welcome! I would definitely stay at the Spanish Main 47 condo again!

A Fabulous Place!

We had an absolutely lovely time! The condo looked just like the pictures and it has been well maintained. The weather was not in our favor so we did spend more time in the condo. The property was well kept. The lounge chairs at the pool were organized every morning and the pool was cleaned at checked regularly. The area that the condo was located in was great! Grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores and so many other things all within walking distance. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Spanish main 47

Stayed here 4 years ago, and nothing did change. Still nice and clean, however it is starting to show some wear. Overall though satisfied with the very quiet condo as well as it's location from the beach, which is a 1 minute walk.

Perfect location

This trip was for me, my husband, my daughter and her 5-year old twins. The condo was super clean and was in the best location. The washer and dryer were new and perfect! I just cannot say enough about this condo. I loved that we had a code to enter the unit and not a key card. The pool was awesome and the beach access was perfect! Being located right next to the Whisk &Grind was a bonus!!

Family trip

This condo has everything you need for a great family beach vacation. Having everything you need for the beach was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean. Only complainant was there are a couple pigeons living above the hurricane shutters. This made the kids a little nervous to go on the balcony. You could also hear them in the bedroom at times. Some other units have little tack strips installed on top and I think this would be a great addition for the unit.

Très beau condo bien situé et bien équipé, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Les indications d'accès étaient claires. Le seul inconvénient est l'air climatisé un peu bruyant dans l'une des chambres.

Beautiful!

This property is exactly as shown, it was beautiful, spacious and clean and perfectly stocked!! Both the condo and the overall spanish main complex were wonderful! As well Taylor with stay in cocoa beach (management company) was absolutely fantastic!!! We will totally stay here again and again!

Beautiful condo

The location cannot be beat. The view from the balcony is awesome and you are steps away from the beach. The condo has all you need, and the beds were super comfy.

A Perfect Spot!

Spanish Main 47 is exactly as pictured and described. It's perfect! Clean, spacious, well stocked with kitchen and beach basics including 4 beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and cooler. The ocean view is amazing, and the beautiful private beach is so relaxing. The pool and grounds are lovely and very well maintained. Rental process was easy, and Taylor was a pleasure to work with. We will return when back in Cocoa Beach!

Great property

This place is a true gem. The maintenance people take great pride in their work. The premises were cleaned every single day. Everything was in working order. I recommend this property. It’s great, convenient to many things and the beach was very easily accessible. Best beach vacation in a very long time!

Spring Break 2023

Our family rented this amazing condo for a week. The condo was clean, and offered all the amenities needed. The view of the ocean was amazing, the short walk right out to the beach was convenient, and the listing looked just like the advertised photos. I totally would recommend this location and site to anyone traveling!

Great location on Cocoa Beach with very nice beach. Not crowded and building and pool maintained in very good condition. A smaller building property so not too many people at any one time. We would go back.

Very Nice Stay!

The property is well kept and updated. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great. The place was stocked with the basics, which was convenient. Staff were very responsive. One of the body boards broke and they replaced it within a couple couple hours no cost. We'd stay again. Gave it 4 starts for cleanliness only because, while the place was overall very clean, we noticed the floors probably needed a good mopping. Our socks were not happy :) It was vacuumed though.

One of our favorite vacations!!

We really enjoyed the location of this condo. We could easily walk to many places around. Also, it was very clean and comfortable. We liked the location of the unit because we faced the ocean fully. We also enjoyed being on the top fourth floor. It was nice not being in some super high-rise place. It was a smaller family like environment. I would love to come back to Cocoa Beach and stay at the exact same location. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and exactly as described

I have VRBO'd happily several times and I think this listing was the most honest I've seen. Unit is exactly as described (minus staged fruit on counters, etc :) and quite lovely and perfect walk out to the beach! Unit seemed more spacious than in photos and was SO clean (coming from someone who runs a chlorox wipe over everything at check-in even at hotels). We had family of four + grandparents and were very comfortable. Pool was definitely nicely heated (one of the items on my must-haves for Dec in FL), beach chairs/boogie boards/sand toys made for a nice beach day, and parking was never a problem. Indeed the whole complex was not overly busy even the week before xmas and being on the top floor we never heard any neighbors. The location was great, near town but not close enough that you had a ton of traffic/noise. Check-in code and instructions delivered with no issues and EASY check-out with just a few asks, not a 10 page long list of things to clean. The washer was huge and they had laundry soap along with dish soap, paper towels, etc. If I had to give the property managers any suggestions it would be a few bowls for serving/storing left-overs, if it didn't fit in a cereal bowl you had one huge tupperware style or...nothing. The wifi didn't work our whole stay so we used the complex's public wifi, not my favorite due to security but not the end of the world. Ideally a few more beach chairs (4 vs. the 6 person occupancy though admittedly they disclosed that). And we did find one 'palmetto' bug in the master bath late one night, though the unit was spotlessly clean and it IS Florida so.... All in all, I'd recommend this complex, unit, and property management company in a heartbeat!
