Oceanfront updated condo with walkout access to patio and a heated pool. Beautiful grounds with a putting green and shuffle board court. A direct path to the beach where you can watch the sunrise or a rocket launch. Close to local Cocoa Beach shops and a variety of restaurants. A short drive to famous Kennedy Space Center or an hour from Disney World. New tile throughout. The owner keeps this condo immaculate! NOTE: we own multiple condos at this property so we can easily manage your multi-family vacation!

The Space
This ground floor unit has 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and the master with a king bed with an attached bathroom. All rooms has smart TVs. A laundry room with a washer/dryer to yourself. The patio opens to the heated pool and a path that leads directly to the beach. Tile throughout this immaculate condo. See a rocket launch or the sunrise. Your beach vacation is here! Pets only 30 lbs or less are allowed. Easy access to the grass directly out the back porch. Tons of restaurants and shopping within minutes of the condo, plus the Cocoa Beach Pier!

Spacious first floor condo. Perfect proximity to the pool and beach. Just steps from the door. Comfortable beds and hubby was happy to have cable TV to watch all of the football games. Michelle was so attentive and available for any of our needs.

Fantastic condo and an even better owner. Lot of little touches like a welcome board with our name basket of treats. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice furniture and all comfortable. Couldn’t have ask for anything else. We will be back!

Mother’s Day Vacation

Great property, first floor across the pool, super clean and the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook and coffee makers just like home. The beach was clean and the water so warm, he had a chance to see a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral while at the beach. Grocery store and restaurants close by . Michelle was a nice host and always checking in on us via text. He definitely enjoyed our stay. Hope to rent again.

Beach and Baseball Fun at CT

We stayed at Michelle's property for a week while my son played in a baseball tournament at the USSSA SpaceCoast stadium. The property was conveniently located within 30 minutes of the stadium. Lots of good food around. The beach and pool were great after our hot games. Condo was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Good size for our family of 4. Lots of amenities of home and was great to have pool towels, cooler, beach gear, etc. Only one thing we found a bit difficult was finding the parking spot upon arrival as they are not in any kind of number order. It was a great covered close spot once we found it. Michelle was helpful and very responsive to questions before and during our stay. Would recommend this condo!

Great Location

Lovely condo with easy beach access. Pool only steps away from your door. Unit is very spacious. Michelle is a pleasure and very helpful, Would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Family Getaway

The place was perfect for our family of 4. It was very clean and comfortable. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and cooler for the beach were very handy. Easy access to the beach and pool to enjoy beautiful mornings and sunset walks on the beach. A few plastic bowls in the kitchen would be great for food prep and storage but overall the kitchen is well equipped. I would definitely rent the place again with my family.

This first floor condo was very clean and comfortable. Being on the ground floor made access to the pool extremely convenient. Enjoyed our stay.

Well Appointed Condo

Enjoyed our stay. Steps away from beach, reserved front row covered parking spot, very clean, first floor. Able to pull car up to front door to load/unload. Great TV’s. Daughters enjoyed the pool and the boogie boards plus beach chairs in the closet. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cocoa Beach Get Away

Condo is clean, and well stocked from TP to boogie boards. It is right on the beach plus it has a great pool. Location is perfect with restaurants and activities within minutes. Teens loved jumping the waves and riding boogie boards. They sang karaoke at a local restaurant, played miniature golf, kayaked down a luminescent river at night, had ice cream at 9:30 in evening, tried key lime pie and shopped at Ron John’s Surf Shop.

Amazing place and property manager

Everything was great! Property manager was fabulous to work with and very responsive and caring. Unit is super convenient and great parking. Walk right out your front door and you’re 30 yards to the beach entrance. Walk out the backdoor and you’re 25 steps to the pool. Great place to watch rocket launches either on the beach or 9th floor. Also, great to watch sunset from the 9th floor. Just take the elevator up and you can see for miles. Maintenance hard at work keeping the community clean and well cared for. Would definitely stay again and would rebook this unit. Dog park is a short walk too!
