Spring is here!! 3 bed+den, lakefront property in a prime location!!!!

Welcome to your perfect family vacation home at Sunrise Beach!! This charming lakefront property offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the ideal spot for creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Our home provides stunning views and easy access to the lake with the convenience of being 10-15 minutes from Bagnell Dam, Osage Beach, and other local attractions for shopping, eating, go-carting, ropes course, and much more!!

This home features 3 cozy bedrooms, a den with twin beds (plus twin rollaway bed), and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The house has a Pack and Play, toddler dining chair, books, and toys if needed. The open floor plan with large windows ensures plenty of natural light and breathtaking lake views.

The large deck is perfect for family gatherings and BBQs, complete with a grill and plenty of seating. The lower level walks out to a great patio, more seating, a porch swing, just a few steps away from the dock. Kids and adults will love the private dock for swimming and escaping the heat. The property is conveniently located in the same cove as Point Oasis where you can rent pontoons and wave runners (2 dock slips available), get gas, ice, snow cones, or enjoy a lakeside meal at Lakehouse 13. They also have a boat ramp if you have a boat you’d like to bring!!

High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in any season. There is a 4 car max policy to not disrupt our friendly neighbors. We do have 3 reserved spots for our guests with the possibility of 2 parking under the car port (depending on size of vehicles).

Our lakefront house at Sunrise Beach is designed with families in mind. From the moment you arrive, you’ll find everything you need to relax, have fun, and make lasting memories. Whether you’re enjoying a family dinner on the deck, exploring the lake, or simply relaxing together in the comfortable living spaces, this home is the perfect setting for your next family vacation.

The perfect place.

This place was the perfect house. Close to a lot of great bars and beautiful view of the lake. Super clean and spacious house for bigger groups. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. Would def recommend staying and will def be staying again when I visit. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

Lydia was an excellent host - so responsive and supportive. The check in was easy and smooth. The house is located in a very nice area, close to lots of shopping and attractions. Inside was clean. Outside needs some clean up due to bugs but that I’m sure is challenging with the lake. Overall, it was perfect for our family.

House was clean and had plenty of room,big deck with a lily pad to swim off, plenty of room for parking and the neighbors were very nice!! Only complaint was bottom deck was covered in bugs, couldn't even enjoy it but I know that's also cause it so close to water.

Great location right on the water. The host texted to make sure if there was anything we needed and was responsive. It would be nice to have a few more blankets if needed to sleep at night. The beds only had a sheet and one blanket. The place was clean, however there were mosquitoes and May flies all over outside and wasn’t able to enjoy the outdoor amenities secondary to the bugs. The dock was a nice place to watch boats and skiers pass by, and soak in the views. Some good nature watching as well.

The stay before yours also mentioned the bug situation, so we’ve hired a professional pest control service to begin spraying regularly starting tomorrow to help resolve that issue. Great Location & Home

We stayed at Lydia’s home with three adults and five kids (ages 6-14). The home had ample space for us to spread out and sleep. The kids really swimming off the dock and there was a Lilly pad and other floats and towels for us to use. One note in the dock isn’t ideal if you want to chill there for hours and have drinks. Plenty of big boats coming in hot and heading for Lakehouse 13 and kicking up some big waves. But the second story deck had plenty of seating and great view as a backup. The location was perfect - about 12 minutes into Osage and 12ish min over to Laurie. Having a boat rental in the same cove was super convenient and let us get every minute out of the rental. No crazy roads to navigate to get to the property and easy parking. A great spot for a family getaway!
