Bella Mare '| Alquiler frente al mar en Bahamas con piscina de agua dulce

Disfrute de esta casa de estilo caribeño con una terraza y terraza en el océano Atlántico en las hermosas Bahamas. Esta casa única se encuentra justo al norte de Plymouth Village. Desde la puerta de atrás está a solo veinte pasos de una hermosa playa de arena blanca de dos millas y media. Un arrecife de jardín marino bajo el agua está cerca de la costa para practicar snorkel, langosta o pesca. A partir de junio de 2012, hemos agregado una hermosa piscina de agua dulce de 15x30 ... ¡el único alquiler frente al mar en la isla que ofrece este servicio! También agregamos un generador de respaldo de 45 KW que alimenta todo sin interrupciones cuando se apaga la energía de Bahamas.

Este 'hecho para el hogar entretenido' tiene 5 dormitorios y tres baños completos en el primer piso y 1 dormitorio, baño completo y un área común en la planta baja. Hay una cocina completa con encimeras de granito y todo lo que necesita para cocinar una cena gourmet. La cocina abierta / comedor permite mucho espacio para grupos grandes. Justo al lado del pasillo hay una lavadora y secadora. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla grande, reproductor de DVD, reproductor de CD y un sistema estéreo con altavoces interiores y exteriores. El hogar también tiene internet inalámbrico. La planta baja se ha configurado como una suite separada con un área común, así como un dormitorio con tres camas individuales y una cama queen. Recientemente agregamos un baño completo abajo para comodidad de todos.

Una de las mejores características de la casa es una gran galería con mosquitero que se extiende a lo largo de toda la casa. Es un gran lugar para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar de las increíbles vistas del Océano Atlántico. Coge tu libro favorito y deja que la brisa del mar te lleve. Los madrugadores pueden ver salir el sol sobre el agua mientras disfrutan de su café de la mañana y para los noctámbulos, un jacuzzi privado donde puede absorber todas sus preocupaciones bajo las increíbles estrellas. 2018 agregamos 2 nuevas tablas de paddle agradables para que nuestros invitados disfruten.

Amazing property!

Have been coming to the abacos for over 20 years and this was our favorite house yet. Normally power outages are a huge deal which also means ac issues. With the home generator we never had any power issues and the ac worked great. Dawn and her husband were awesome to deal with helping move luggage from green turtle club marina to the house. We also had a 9 month old and the home owner was awesome in helping provide a pack n play, walker etc. Would love to stay here again!

Great home for large group or family!

Belle Mare provided the perfect spot for our group of 14, including 2 under the age of 5 and 6 teenagers, to enjoy Green Turtle Cay. Centrally located between town and Green Turtle Club, you were never more than a couple minutes from anything you need. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit and provided a nice transition from beach/boat to evening every day. The home has everything you need and the owners and Dawn (caretaker) were super responsive and even sent over a new mattress for the pack and play without us asking...very thoughtful. We would definitely stay at Belle Mare again!

Best House on Green Turtle!

WOW! We could not have found a better place to stay on the island! For most of our group, it was our third time coming to Green Turtle and this house blew us away! The communication, location, amenities, and view were all exceptional! We can’t wait to come back!

You know you found the right spot when 12 people walk in the door and everyone says "WOW"!!! I don't think you could ask for a better place in Green Turtle Cay or even the Bahamas. The house was amazing, Rodney & Kari are superb hosts, and Dawn is a blessing! What a perfect combination to enjoy such a great place for vacation. I can't thank them enough!We had such an amazing time on the island and thoroughly enjoyed the house with all of its amenities. You know how to make people feel right at home.We all enjoyed it so much, we are already making plans for next year!!! With much appreciation and looking forward to another adventure next year!!Mike

Great place to stay

We had a great time at Bella mare!!! Dawn was the caretaker who was quick to answer any questions or help with needed items. (She even brought over a mixer so we could make Christmas cookies) The kids loved jumping in the hot tub after swimming in the pool. We rented a boat, and that was a key also. We went out everyday to snorkel and/or beach bath. We had 9 kids and 5 adults and had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. Would highly recommend this place.

Plenty of room

We stayed here once before over 10 years ago. We enjoyed it then & were doubly pleased this time with all the improvements. Its in a great location, caretakers & owners were easy to communicate with & the rooms are good sized & comfortable.

This was one of our favorite stays in the bahamas. The view is amazing. Everything is provided to prepare meals and just spend time sitting on the screened porch relaxing! Great place!

Lovely Beach Home

This was our second stay at Bella Mare. We enjoyed it even more the second trip. The pool was perfect for the kids. The hot tub was so great in the evenings. Dawn is amazing to deal with and handles everything for you, making the trip smooth and fabulous. We look forward to our next stay.

Best rental ever!

This is the best equipped home we have ever stayed in. We visit different out island every year. Dawn was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help by picking us up from the ferry doc, recommending activities etc. the home has everything you can think of including an air fryer, slower cooker, dozens of extra towels and linens, etc. The beds are very comfortable overall an incredible stay!

Beautiful property and perfect location

Loved our stay at Bella Mare! From coffee grinders to margarita makers, they've covered everything from morning to night. You'll want for nothing when you stay here. Communication with the hosts was great, and the on-site managers were an amazing help with everything. Highly recommend!

Bella Mare is paradise!

This was our 2nd time staying at Bella Mare, the first time since the hurricane. The new house is amazing. The house is beautiful and the layout is great for a large group of people. The open floor plan allows for great conversation. Will definitely stay here again.

Paradise at Bella Mare’

Just returned from a week in GTC celebrating our 50th Anniversary with some of our friends and family. After staying at Bella Mare’ seven years ago we knew we wanted to return. This home pre-hurricane Dorian was amazing, but now it is even better (if that is possible)! Gorgeous rebuild and fantastic location; and that view!!! From the time you walk in you are transported to a gorgeous, serene, tranquil space. The house is perfect; so well stocked with anything you might need and Rodney and Kari, the owners, along with Dawn, the caretaker, are amazing! So helpful before the trip and once we arrived. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Can’t recommend this property enough! We had a fantastic time fishing with Ron, who is another jewel, feeding the turtles and stingrays, walking the beautiful beaches, participating in Karaoke at Sundowners, enjoying the food on the island (especially Seagrapes), and relaxing with cocktails at the various bars/cafes like Pineapples, Miss Bee’s, the Liquor Store, Wrecking Tree, etc. So happy to see the island coming back! Until next time. ❤️

Amazing

We had three families and the house was great in every way! The location worked perfectly and you cannot beat the view! Everyone was helpful and nice to work with. Do make sure you bring cash for things around the island. We found many places didn't take card.

Bella Mare Experience

The house was fabulous!! Conversations with Kari, the home owner, and Dawn, the Manager, were great. They couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful! Definitely will visit again!!
