The main living area promotes socialization with a comfortable couch, extra-large chair, ottoman table, and flat-screen TV. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean and beach through large picture windows or step outside to the screened lanai for relaxing, entertaining, or dining.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and includes a breakfast nook with ocean views. Cook, store, and serve easily with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all necessary cookware. Meals can be enjoyed inside, on the lanai, or taken down to the beach for a picnic.

*Primary Suite – King bed with ensuite bathroom.
*Second Bedroom – Twin-over-king bunk bed with additional trundle and ensuite bath.
*The condo sleeps up to six guests comfortably, offering plenty of space for families.

Both bathrooms are ensuite to their respective bedrooms, providing privacy and convenience. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided for your stay.

Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Relax on two lanais with stunning beach and ocean views. The condo’s location provides easy access to the pool, wade pool for children, and the sand, making it ideal for sunbathing, swimming, and watching little ones safely. Wild Dunes amenities including golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants are steps away.

🚗 Guest Access & Parking
Guests have private access to the full condo, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living area, and lanais. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles. The property is located within a gated resort community with additional shared amenities, including the pool, spa, and recreational areas.

✧ Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

✧ You acknowledge that you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
✧ You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed the rental agreement and provided a copy of valid ID.
✧ Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages in an amount outlined in the rental agreement. An authorization hold in the amount of $500.00 will be placed on your credit card. It will be removed once you check-out and if nothing is damaged.

We are happy to host you for your stay with us! Please keep the following rules in mind during your stay:
1) Local guest reservation requests are subject to further review and questions. Please provide full name, # of guests, and reason for booking.
2) Reservations should include the correct number of guests staying. Please ask the host for permission to bring visitors over to the property.
3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals

* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Wild Dunes vacation

The condo was easy to access as well as easy access to the beach. It was not crowded and very quiet during the time we were there. The condo was exactly as described and shown. There was mold in both of the showers but otherwise the condo was very clean. Isle of Palms offered several excellent restaurants and great shops - all within a short distance from our location. Very good experience for a vacation.

IOP Tidewater

Spent 4 nights here on beautiful IOP… the unit was spotless, well stocked with all basic needs and excellently located on a beautiful stretch of beach front. Wonderful views, quiet area…great bird watching, biking, walking and pool if the weather is warm enough. Communication with the property manager was quick and efficient.

Good common areas

Property was a bit worn and floors were not cleaned (bugs, food on the floors) patio was pretty dirty with screens and wood coming apart. But was fine for a quick weekend. The kitchen and seating area were nicely appointed. If you want space and two kings this is a good option. Otherwise I would have booked a hotel where the bedding, cleanliness and quality of property would be higher.

Great Condo

My family and I stayed here for the week of July 4th. It was a perfect location and had all the amenities we were looking for. The decor was pretty! Access to the beach is great. And the pool has a covered area with ceiling fans.
