This is a great location with a nice view. Beautiful pool and beach. Description does state people with mobility issues should be aware. There are multiple levels with 3 sets of stairs, so just pay attention to that. Beds nice. Kitchen well stocked. A bit dark in decor. Overall a very pleasant stay. I had trouble opening front door and Host called me back right back. I needed to push a bit harder.

Nice view, nicely decorated & comfy beds. Down side, three flights of stairs with bathrooms on the second level & en-suite on third. If you have issues with walking up/down stairs this isn’t the place for you.

Sorry you missed the discussion well noted on the booking site. All of the condominiums in the beachwalker community have the same multiple level design. Some guests like the design because it gives them privacy and separation from other guests in their group. Other guests like yourself apparently don't want to bother with any stairs. The design of the condo is well documented in the reviews. Guests who instant book have the obligation to check prior reviews and the owners description of the condo prior to booking. I'm happy that you were satisfied with the aspects of the condo that I could control. Thanks for your feedback

We enjoyed our stay! We stayed at the Omni the previous year and preferred staying at this condo. It has a lot of space and the pool was fantastic for me, my wife and kids. The condo was stocked with dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, etc. which was great. I notice that some people commented about the stairs, but we enjoyed having 3 floors separated by a few stairs.The pictures accurately reflect what the place is like. The beach was a 2-minute walk down a nice boardwalk. Great views of the ocean.Two thumbs up!

host was very attentive. place was stocked with all of our needs. main living area was very comfortable and perfect for hanging out. great balcony (chairs just need some more cushiony cushions) beds were very comfortable and sheets/blankets very soft. would definitely stay again

Great Time

We had a great time at this location. We had stayed at ship watch and sand castle previously and this was the best location. Closest to beach and nice pool. The room were nicely furnished and beds very comfortable.

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our visit to this property. It is a great location, and the unit has everything you need, including bikes and beach equipment. The property was clean and well furnished. We would stay here again.

Great location on Amelia Island

Beautiful views within Omni resort. A little tough to find first time as GPS didn't like the address, but James was easy to reach and provided excellent directions. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Clean and comfortable, and just a few steps from the beach. Amazing views with plenty of space for our group. Jim was quick to return any messages that we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Location in the plantation

Our condo was very nice. It was clean and had lots of amenities. The owners were easy to communicate with before our stay. We had a wonderful time. I will stay there again.

Great Visit

Truly enjoyed the time we had at the condo. The Omni property was great and the condo was excellent. We really enjoyed the time there. Watching the fireworks from the beach was a real highlight Thanks to Jim for his responsiveness for all of our questions.

Family beach vacation

The property is great as far as location on omni plantation resort. Beautiful beach views. Close to everything. Bikes were a nice to ride at night.

Nice Getaway Beachfront Condo

Loved the location on the beach and the community is very nice and safe. The condo is spacious with 3 rooms and two bathrooms. Nice balcony to watch the ocean in the morning. Easy check in and check out process. Would stay there again!

Great Oceanfront Property

Full views of the ocean were beautiful! Condo had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Three bedrooms accommodated 6 of us just fine. Would highly recommend and would love to come back!

Perfect getaway!

The condo is located on the south end of the island therefore it is quiet, little traffic and we had the beach basically to ourselves. The timing was perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time without the hassle of crowds.

The view of the beach and the ocean was fantastic. Especially the Atlantic sunrise. The beach was very close. The accommodations were beautiful. We wish we could have stayed longer.
