No hay mejor vista en Amelia Island Plantation ubicada en la comunidad Beach Walker. Esta villa tiene vistas a la piscina Beach Walker y al océano. La piscina Beach Walker ha sido recientemente renovada por completo y ahora está climatizada y es absolutamente hermosa. La villa tiene pisos de baldosas italianas en todo. Los colores de la pared son cálidos y ricos, y están cubiertos con originales, decorativos, fotografías y obras de arte de artistas conocidos, como Clyde Butcher, Carl Brenders y Steve Johnson.

host was very attentive. place was stocked with all of our needs. main living area was very comfortable and perfect for hanging out. great balcony (chairs just need some more cushiony cushions) beds were very comfortable and sheets/blankets very soft. would definitely stay again

The view was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. Our only issue was the number of stairs. There were three flights with 6-8 steps. The listing mentioned stairs, but we didn’t realize how many until we talked with the host the day before arrival. At that point there was nothing we could do but make the best of it. It didn’t ruin the trip.

We had a very nice stay at this property. The ocean view was as promised, and the marsh-side decks attached to two of the rooms was nice even though we did not use them. Everything offered was consistent with the listing. The owner was extremely communicative at the onset to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, which I appreciated. The unit was clean, and towels and other needs were ample. I enjoyed the art/pictures on the wall. We felt right at home. Thank you!

The drive to the condo was breathtaking…large tree canopies covering the roads, beautiful landscapes! The complex was beautiful! Plenty of space for our family of 4. We loved the layout of the condo…really unique and fun! Comfortable beds and living room furniture! The balcony over looks the lush trees and the beach beyond that! The boardwalk to get over to the beach was beautiful to walk on…going under large trees…we saw so many tortoises and rabbits! The pool was gorgeous…never too crowded and always clean!

Wonderful location, communication with owner, and unit! It was extremely well stocked with household and beach items. No need to bring chairs, toys, boards, or towels. We loved having the adult bikes, and biked over to the playground, putt putt, nature center and shops several times. The only "FYI" I would give is that the pool and main beach is not stroller / cart friendly. A lot of stairs. However, there is a side access to the beach that we used which was fine, but if you have several babies or other people with mobility issues, that just might be good to know. However, that was a small issue and even with a special needs child and 4 small children, we would gladly return!!!

Looks can be deceiving

The property although older appeared clean through out.The views were awesome. But once we started to settle in there were some issues. A/C condensation pipe was clogged ( an issue the owner was aware of possibility) He asked that we bail the accumulation of rusty water from the overflow pan- 5 gal worth! To get the A/C to come on. Opening a kitchen cabinet I saw a roach and saw several more over the course of my stay. The dining room seat cushions were badly stained. There was sour smell on sheets and towels in both king rooms - had to re- wash before bedtime. TV remote batteries had to be replaced. Microwave only worked part of the time. Shower faucet needed adjustment to make it work. I reached out to the owner after I got home and asked for a refund for 1 nights stay and after 72 hours have not heard from him. I can’t recommend this place from the sheets roachfrom the the

Family beach vacation

The property is great as far as location on omni plantation resort. Beautiful beach views. Close to everything. Bikes were a nice to ride at night.

Great property & location

We had a great vacation. The property itself was nicely decorated and had plenty of space for our party of 6. The beach equipment and bikes served us well. The balcony view was beautiful and caught the ocean breezes. The access to the beach was easy and the pool was beautiful. I would highly recommend this property and a vacation on Amelia Island.

Great Time

We had a great time at this location. We had stayed at ship watch and sand castle previously and this was the best location. Closest to beach and nice pool. The room were nicely furnished and beds very comfortable.

Beach Walker Villas

We were a group of 3 adults and 3 children. The unit was lovely - nicely furnished and decorated - a true home away from home. The 3 levels of the unit and the 3 balconies gave everyone in our group an ability to be together but to also have privacy. The kids loved the freedom of being able to walk to the pool and the beach. The beach was incredible and the boardwalk gave the kids a chance to see rabbits and turtles. We brough childrens bikes with us and they were well used on the bike trails throughout the complex. We all had a lovely time and will definitely be back.

Perfect getaway!

The condo is located on the south end of the island therefore it is quiet, little traffic and we had the beach basically to ourselves. The timing was perfect if you are looking for a relaxing time without the hassle of crowds.

Great location and billa

The Villa was just as advertised. We have stayed at the Omni many times over the years, and this was our first time in this set of villas. Location to the pool and ocean couldn't be better! The Villa was well appointed and perfect for what our family of 6 needed. James was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely stay here again.

The best Golf Getaway!

The condo was wonderful. Just like it was pictured and our VRBO host James was also wonderful. Contacted us ahead of our arrival. Provided info on golf courses and restaurants. The place was wonderful ! Balconies were perfect for sitting & chatting & watching the sunrise and sunset. We will book from him again. Thank you James.

My wife and I are avid golfers and beach lovers. We have enjoyed Amelia Island, Florida because of the many wonderful golf courses not only there on the plantation but within easy driving distance.

We chose the area because of the natural assets, as well as the amenities available and the easy access from our full time residence in Georgia.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The beach here is wonderful for hunting shells and sharks teeth. Amelia Island Plantation is well known for its preservation of the natural setting. Amelia Island State Park adjoins the Plantation and provides a large undeveloped area for the beach walker to explore. We have regularly seen bald eagles, osprey, roseate spoonbills, wood storks, to name just a few of the bird species present in large numbers at the resort. We have enjoyed schools of dolphin feeding from our living and dining room areas. Walking and biking trails are abundant throughout the resort. There is an indian burial mound on the marsh side of the island on one of the walking trails. Amelia Island Plantation is truly a nature lover's destination.
