The Space:
Inside, you'll find a comfortable and stylishly furnished apartment that reflects our dedication to providing a memorable experience. The two bedrooms offer a cozy retreat after a day of adventure, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The living area is designed for relaxation, with ample seating and a charming ambiance.

Indulge in some friendly competition with a thrilling game of Ms Pacman on the full-sized arcade, or engage in a friendly ping pong tournament in our dedicated gaming area. For those seeking ultimate relaxation, our private 2-person sauna is the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. Additionally, the clawfoot tub in the apartment provides a touch of vintage elegance, allowing you to luxuriate in a soothing bubble bath and wash away the stresses of the day.

Master bedroom offers king-size bed with memory foam mattress, dedicated workspace/vanity, wall-mounted Roku smart tv, and closet. Second bedroom has a full-over-queen bunk bed with memory foam mattresses, convertible sofa-bed, wall-mounted ROKU smart tv with Nintendo classic video game console.

Connect to the Smuggler's Notch Resort hiking & snowshoe trails from the property across the river. 1min drive to the Resort for year-round activities. Gorgeous year-round views of Smuggler's Notch from the property, one of Vermont's most famous foliage and ski destinations!

Free dedicated parking for up to 3 or more vehicles. Smuggler's Notch shuttle runs to the Brewery next door during the ski season.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: the Notch Road to Stowe is closed in the winter, so this house is an hour from Stowe Mountain Resort in the winter.
No stand-up shower. Just a tub with shower head.

I live upstairs. This listing is for the basement apartment. So I am close and pretty handy if you have any issues, but I will give you all the space you desire.
