Homey place to stay

This was a great place to stay for 2 months until we moved into our new home. The neighborhood is very quiet, the beds were comfortable, and this house met every need for my family.

Family Stay

We sold our house early and needed a place to stay for a month before moving to our new home. This was a quiet and friendly neighborhood. The house was clean and fit our family perfectly.

Fantastic Stay!

Originally from the Dallas area. Home is convenient to McKinney, Prosper, Frisco and the Dallas North Tollway. Fenced back yard for the dogs and a quiet / safe neighborhood for long walks at all hours. Will stay here again on future trips.

Good stay

Recently stayed for 10 days. The house was great for what I needed. Comfortable beds, clean house, well stocked kitchen, lots of bathroom towels. Geo was quick to respond to any questions. Would stay at this property again.

Great location, clean, comfortable and well equipped

My sister and I rented this home with our spouses and two adult children to celebrate Christmas with a third sister who lives in Prosper. This home was a much better choice for us than four hotel rooms! The home was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed a long walk in the neighborhood; the home is close to shopping; the home had everything we needed. When visiting again, we would return to this home.

Spacious and Comfortable Home for traveling friends

Very spacious and comfortable - fitting our needs perfectly. It was great to have a garage to park in. It was in a quiet neighborhood. We were there to attend the NCAA Championship Football Game in Frisco. It was about a 20 minute drive from the property to the stadium.

Great McKinney, Frisco and Prosper area base camp.

Renting and staying in this property was easy. The hosts were prompt to respond to initial questions which helped get our stay off to a smooth start. The house is well stocked for short term stays. We rented for a month and found it necessary to supplement with additional supplies which was no big deal. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and provides great access to the surrounding cities.

McKinney Stay

We loved everything about our stay. The house was perfect. We would have liked to have an instruction sheet about what we needed to do prior to leaving, like where to leave used towel, when to put the garbage out on the street, etc. An available wifi password would be convenient. We called the owner to get it.

Perfect for families traveling with a pet!

Stopped in on the way between long legs of a road trip and this was a great location to be able to rest and recharge for the evening before getting back on the road the next day. We were impressed with how clean the place was. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great. The backyard is fenced in with a nice yard and we were able to let the dog have space to stretch his legs. The property felt very private being the last house at the end of the road. Very nice neighborhood where we felt safe and secure. Painless, contactless checkin process allowed for flexibility in our arrival time. Being able to park the car in the garage was another huge advantage as well. Host was very responsive. We felt very fortunate to find this place and that they had availability on short notice. 10/10 would book again.

Perfect!

Great location at the end of a quiet street in a great neighborhood! My husband & I came down from NY with our toddler & our dogs for a full week to check on a property we own in the same neighborhood and this house was perfect. The yard is fully fenced and has a covered patio so it was a great place to relax. The endless wide sidewalks are great fit dig walking and cross multiple parks for kids. We stayed a full week so we had to do a big food shop for paper towels, extra toilet paper, soap, & such, but all the necessary cookware, linens and such were there. The only minor issue we had was that the neighbor’s golden retriever basically runs a muck and was often on this property. The neighbor is super nice and puts her up if you ask but several times I found him at the front door barking and trying to come play 😂 He’s super friendly as are my dogs but if your dogs are reactive or dog aggressive it might be challenging. But again. neighbor is super nice so I’m sure if you told her she’d leash the dog. :)

I would stay here again

I stayed in this property for two weeks while visiting my daughter and her family in the Prosper area. I live in Atlanta and worked remotely while I was there. The property was clean, in a good neighborhood, and has easy access for the Prosper / Frisco area. From a work standpoint, I worked from the downstairs kitchen table and that worked great. There was plenty of space and windows to the backyard. There is a desk upstairs in the hallway, but there is no outside view or window, which I like to have when working. The internet speed was over 100MB, so Zoom calls worked great. The beds were high quality and very comfortable. It was helpful to have 2 upstairs bathrooms as well as a downstairs toilet area. It was nice that the bedside lamps had USB slots for charging devices. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet and they had plenty of hangers for clothes. The kitchen area is large and has good appliances. It is equipped with a standard coffee maker vs a Keurig. If you are staying very long, you will need to buy cookie sheets or whatever you need for oven cooking including oven mits. There are no oven utensils. You will also need dishwasher detergent. If you plan to do only stovetop cooking, it is well equipped and has a nice gas stovetop. The house does have a two car garage, but there is not a garage door opener. We used the garage every day, but it does require that you back out your car, go back in the house to shut the garage door, and then exit through the front door of the house. The good news is that in the summer heat you have a private place to park out of the sun! I should also say that the AC system in the home works great, and it does automatically shift temperatures during the day and night. This was good news for the Texas heat! We did have a few conversations with the owners for check-in and during our stay, and they were very responsive. They typically responded within a few minutes. We enjoyed our stay in this home and will definitely try to stay here in the future if we need a place for a couple of weeks.
