This neighborhood is looking at Aspen mountain from the bluff where the UTE Indians lived. You can hear the river below, see the mountain and walk across the street into town in 5 minutes across a romantic old bridge. Walk to town or drive to town. It is about 5 minutes. Otherwise it's quieter and more peaceful.

This townhome sits on the end of the row so there are many windows which look out to nature. It's open and beautiful. The views are spectacular. It's roomy and the primary bedroom & living room overlook Aspen Mountain. The exterior has heated walkways in the winter and gorgeous lush gardens in the spring and summer. It's fancy and elegant, yet mountain-style. It's light and bright and has all the amenities you'd need.
