We loved the house, the neighborhood and the location. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen had all the equipment we needed to dine in when we chose to. Our host was also very communicative and quickly responsive.

Wonderful Charlotte Home

We stayed in the home for a family event. The house had everything we need, is in a great location, and is very comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again.

Quaint great location home

Beautiful , clean home that was very conveniently located to the brewery district and restaurants. Very enjoyable home - would love to see the original floor plans to the home- they did a great job modernizing.

Three girlfriends and I came to Charlotte on a work trip and decided to stay in South End rather than a hotel. We could not have made a better choice! The property was incredible and walking distance to everything. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in away from home and the amenities were wonderful. Could not recommend more!

The hot tub is inflatable & sitting on the deck like a kiddie pool, shelves in the home are held together by leather belts & packing tape, large hole knocked into the wall behind the washing machine, ceiling repair under the washing machine, spongy feeling water damaged flooring in the kitchen.I drove from Dallas Texas to Charlotte to stay in a luxury retreat with a hot tub. I am disabled with back & knee issues which was the deciding factor on choosing this property knowing I will need a hut tub to stop the spasms after driving 1100 miles. The “hot tub” was rubber & inflatable making it impossible for me to sit down on the deck to use since I could not get in or out of a toy tub. This is not a luxury home either, its a 1980’s painted brick thats minimally been maintained Contacted host several times & was not responded to with any effort beyond an automated response.
