Come experience all that the SWFL lifestyle has to offer in this beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom single family home. The floor plan is completely open and allows you to enjoy picturesque and nature filled water views enjoy the privacy of your own pool. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings throughout the home. The kitchen is fully equipped.
There is a bbq grill and two bicycles and a washer and dryer in the unit. Olde Hickory is a private and gated community conveniently located 10 mins from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), 30 minutes away from the Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), both along Interstate 75 and 20 mins away from the beaches at Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, with lots of shopping and fine restaurants nearby as well. Fort Myers is the spring training home of the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins and both stadiums are less than a 10 mins drive away. Our HOA requires a 28 day minimum rental so that you’ll be able to enjoy all of the Olde Hickory Country Club Amenities. Golf, tennis, pickle ball, workout facilities, Club House Pool, full restaurant/ dining room and bar with Membership Tab Account
