Welcome to Green Island Villa. Our property consists of 5 individually furnished units conveniently near to everything, offers easy access to a nearby Isla Verde Beach, park for leisurely walks and is within a short stroll of the drug store, as well as major hotels and casinos. Each unit are different and unique.

PATIO: Nestled in the backyard oasis, our inviting PRIVATE Jacuzzi creates a haven of relaxation. Surrounded by lush greenery, this retreat features bubbling water, soothing jets, and an ambiance.

Our on-site coin laundry facility provides guests with convenient access to self-service laundry options. Equipped with modern washers and dryers, it offers a hassle-free solution for keeping clothes fresh and clean during your stay. Save time and maintain your wardrobe effortlessly while enjoying the comfort and convenience of our dedicated guest laundry amenities.

PARKING: If available, parking is offered only upon request. Availability of one space is not guaranteed and may be subject to limited capacity. While we strive to accommodate our guests, please note that parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend checking with our staff for alternative parking options if needed.

LOCATION: Conveniently located near the expressway, our property offers easy access for travelers. Please be aware that proximity to the expressway may result in some traffic noise. While the convenience of nearby transportation is a plus, guests who are sensitive to noise may wish to take this into consideration when booking their stay.

Has a comfy SOFA (no sleeper), where you can sit and watch movies or sports in our 55 inches flat screen TV with WIFI.

Cool comfort awaits bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning to ensure a restful night's sleep. While the common areas may not have A/C, the bedrooms provide a cool haven for you to relax and unwind after a day of exploration.
First bedroom is equipped with a KING SIZE BED for 2 guests, side tables lamp, dresser, A/C unit, Ceilings fan, closet with cloth hangers.
Second bedroom with a QUEEN SIZE BED for 2 guests, side tables lamp, dresser, A/C unit, Ceilings fan, closet with cloth hangers.
Third bedroom has 2 FULL SIZE BED for 2 or 4 guests, table lamp, A/C unit, Ceilings fan, desk with chair. Open closet with cloth hangers.

TERRACES: Our covered front terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors with comfy sofa and a dining table to planning your dates. A second petite uncovered back terrace offers an intimate outdoor escape. Nestled without a roof, it's a charming space where you can bask in natural sunlight or stargaze in the evening.

AMENITIES: All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 1 bath towel per guest (no wash towels) and 1 beach/pool towel per guest. We provide the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities are limited include hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel per unit, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, dish sponge. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. Walgreens is walking distance.

One of the best beaches in the metropolitan area, Isla Verde is golden-sand shores are framed with tall palm trees, hotels, restaurants, and shops.
Isla Verde beach is divided into three main beaches: Pine Grove, where locals go surfing; Alambique, a more relaxed strip of sand; and the Balneario de Carolina, a more relaxed location with lifeguards and parking space.

Conveniently located near the expressway, our property offers easy access for travelers. Please note that proximity to the expressway means there might be some noise associated with traffic. While the convenience of nearby transportation is a plus, if you're sensitive to noise, you may want to consider this aspect when choosing your accommodation
