This was a great place to stay a few days and explore Durango and Silverton. The location was awesome!

Great place to stay

Clean, very quiet location. Loved the modern look. The only negatives for us, the spiral stairs going up to the second floor made it a little difficult to bring luggage up. Also, the privacy wall blocks the television so you couldn’t watch television from the bed. But overall, we completely enjoyed our stay.

Nice clean place. Only observation is that you don’t really have a view even though you’re on the golf course. The deck overlooks the parking lot and not the golf course.

Tamarron is Terrific!

Cozy studio property that is well appointed with all the necessary equipment. The golf course here is over the top immaculate! The property location north of Durango is ideal for those wanting to also drive to Silverton and Ouray. Mother Nature did not disappoint as the Aspen were glorious.

Thank you for staying with us, and for completing a review! We were happy to host you and your group and are glad you had an enjoyable time. Sorry you had issues with hot water. Maintenance has looked at the hot water heater tank and it is functioning as it should be. These smaller Studio units are only meant to sustain hot showers for so long, since there are so few people in those small units. We look forward to having you stay with Durango Vacation Rental Collective again in the future!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a little more room with this unit than staying in the lodge, and it's nice to park right next to the unit. Very clean and up to date.We did have a problem with the lighting. It seemed that a ceiling fan light was out, and we couldn't get it to come on with the remote or with a wall switch. We called for maintenance. It was never fixed and we didn't receive any feedback as to why.

We are so glad to hear that the parking was right next to the condo and that you found it to be clean and up to date. I do apologize for the lack of lighting; thank you for making us aware that the light bulb needs to be changed, we have submitted a work order to have that resolved. I am so sorry that you reported this for maintenance and did not receive a response; Tamarron maintenance department operates on limited hours and we should have notified you of that. Thank you for communicating this so that we can fine tune our processes in the future; so that these technicalities do not get miscommunicated.
