Yes, the house is in a quiet and comfortable residential neighborhood. There are quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

Is the house suitable for families?
The house is perfect for small families; we even offer a complimentary play-pen a newborn/baby bathtub, baby bath washes, a high chair, and a baby door gate.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house except for the garage. A key code for the main door will be provided before check-in. You will enter your key code, and the door will open. You will not need to hit the check mark or enter the numbers after entering them.

The Neighborhood:
The Darling Rose is located in a primarily residential area. It’s quiet and family-friendly, so you’ll feel safe staying and walking around the neighborhood. It’s also centrally located, so you’re just a short drive or ride-share away from shopping centers, restaurants, parks, and recreational facilities, along with all the main attractions in the area!

Getting Around:
The Darling Rose is centrally located around many main attractions in the area. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also accessible. Bus services are also available in the broader areas of the city, but not directly to the house. For short distances, the neighborhood is walkable and bike-friendly.

Other Things to Note:
» ID verification is requested upon booking
» Unfortunately, NO pets allowed
» Parties or events are only permitted with host approval. You must request them when booking and get prior approval from the host before booking the home for a party.
» Commercial photography is allowed
» No smoking allowed inside- The patio does have an ashtray and area to smoke outside
» No confetti, slime, kinetic sand, or other similar items permitted to be played with or used in the home
» Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 7 AM. Please respect our neighborhood and do not cause noise they can hear during these hours.
» There is a garage attached to the house, but please note this is not part of the rental & can not be opened by guests.
» Please ensure adult supervision with any children going into the unfinished basement- be cautious and aware of the unfinished basement, steps, and potential for children to get to this area. A baby gate is provided to block the door to the basement if needed.
» Maximum occupancy is 8- additional guests are allowed with host approval and an additional fee.
» We have a minut system installed to detect air quality in the home. It will detect and notify the host of smoking in the house which as stated in the hous erules as strictly forbidden.  Any smoking in the home will result in an additional cleaning fee.

NOTE: As we continue to improve the Darling Rose, we have added a nice patio outback for guests to utilize. This can be accessed via the downstairs back door. We continue to complete construction on the concrete walkway from the front of the home to the back yard. Please do not access the patio from the front yard and abide by the posted caution tape. Absolutely no construction will be completed during any guest stays. Thank you!
