This gorgeous house accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms plus a quality sofabed on the main level.

Main Level Master Bedroom - What better way to start the day than picking your head up off the pillow with the sunrise and seeing spectacular views? Hop out of bed and take a few steps to the kitchen for a hot cup of coffee before stepping out onto the deck into the fresh mountain air. With a luxury King size bed, full size bathtub and tiled shower, the main floor master is your space for serenity.

Lower Level Master Bedroom - Drift off to sleep looking at the stars over the mountaintops. You'll rest easy in a luxury King bed with ensuite bathroom. When you need to get some work done, a charming workstation with a desk, chair, lamp and extra monitor is ready for you.
Also on the lower level is a third bedroom with a King sized bed and twin daybed, along with an ensuite bath with tiled shower . The fourth bedroom on the same level functions as a family suite, with a Queen sized bed, a twin bunk bed, and a dedicated full bath with a tub/shower combo.

A queen size sofa bed is available, with a full set of linens, in the upper level game room.

Every bedroom is equipped with plenty of linens and a smart TV for streaming.

There are four full bathrooms and one half bathroom, each stocked with all of the essentials you need for the duration of your stay.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a walk-in pantry in addition to a separate laundry area. The dining table seats 8 plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.

The open concept main floor boasts a living room and a game area. The living room is the perfect place to daydream in the afternoon sun or have meaningful conversation in the glow of the fireplace. The game area is a guest favorite, with video games on the Infinity game table and an air hockey table.

On the lower level you'll find another living room and game area. This living room is perfect for watching the Big Game with a crowd and family voie nights on the giant sectional. With another gas fireplace, it is also a peaceful place to wrap up in a blanket and read a book. The game area on this floor offers a pool table and a game table with board games to keep the fun going!

We know you come to the Colorado Mountains to get outside, so our exterior spaces are just as curated as our interior spaces. Professionally landscaped and maintained, the front and back yard are designed to complement the spectacular natural environment surrounding the house.

The wrap-around deck, accessible from the main level, is the place for epic daytime views and breathtaking nighttime stargazing. The gas grill sits next to an outdoor dining table for al fresco dining, and the outdoor fireplace is the best spot to watch the sun setting over Byer's peak, wine glass in hand.

☆☆ THE PATIO AND BACK YARD ☆☆

From the lower level you can step out onto the patio to the oversize hot tub. After a big day of skiing or biking, it is heaven to slip into the tub and enjoy the epic mountain views while soaking tired muscles. As darkness falls, gather the entire crew around the custom built gas fire pit to make smores, tell stories, and create the type of memories that last a lifetime.

☆☆ THE NEIGHBORHOOD ☆☆

This home is located in the Rendezvous neighborhood of Fraser, well known for its private network of trails, stocked fishing pond, and multi-million dollar homes. It is located across the street from the Grand Park recreation center, which allows access to a fantastic indoor swimming pool with lazy river, gym, and indoor climbing wall for a small daily fee.

The neighborhood is a mix of full time residents and part time owners. As such, this house is a great getaway for families and is not suitable for loud groups hosting parties or events. Please note that there is a neighborhood street running the perimeter of our property - it is not a busy street, but there will be an occasional car driving by.

To reserve this property, we require ID verification, a signed rental agreement, and a $1000 security hold. Please do not book if you are not comfortable with these requirements.

This is a pet-free property, due to life threatening allergies in a family member. Please make other arrangements for your furry family members, as bringing an animal to the house will result in the forfeiture of the entire security hold. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Although our neighborhood streets and driveway are all paved, we recommend bringing a four wheel drive vehicle during snowy months. We get a lot of snow in the Winter!

Check-in is stress free. Guests receive a unique door lock code for use during their stay. Parking is available in the garage for two cars, and on the driveway for two more cars if needed. No parking is allowed on the street.

Our epic views are due in part to our altitude - the house sits on a hillside at nearly 10,000 ft. Please consider this if you have any medical conditions which make you sensitive to the thinner mountain air.
