This Top Floor, Gulf View Unit is a new 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath condo and it is located just steps from the sugar-white sand beaches and turquoise waters of the world renowned Scenic 30A area of Santa Rosa Beach. The condo is spacious and equipped with everything you will need for your beach vacation. Bring your beach chairs, umbrella, cooler or even surf or paddle board to store in your own private garage storage unit, owner supplies a beach cart for use. Gulf Place amenities include 3 Pools to choose from (2 are heated during winter season), a hot tub, 2 tennis courts are all available for additional fun.
