We are in a small quiet neighborhood a short 300 meter walk from the beach access point. No roads to cross or car to pack up. We are *that* close to the beach on 30A.

Our charming 3 bedroom + bunk loft bedroom, 3 bathroom comfortably sleeps 13; we have all the amenities you need to make it a great stay for your group or family.

Perfect for one or more families with plenty of kid friendly features and SO close to the beach for everyone + pool.

A great time was had here. I was concerned about the walk to the beach, but it wasn’t bad. The close proximity to the goat feathers seafood market was great. We brought a canopy to set up in the driveway to cook under, which left us a parking space short, but luckily, the neighbors weren’t home, so we just parked at their house.

Great location

House was great and Amanda was super responsive ensuring we had a great stay. Would love to stay here again in a future trip. Location to the beach made for an easy walk and the public beach access was not as busy as others we stayed at in the area.

Great location

Very short walk to the beach. Bike rentals and other shops are a block away. Three blocks or so to the restaurants. We loved our stay.

Spring Break Getaway

This was the perfect Santa Rosa beach house located just a short walk to the public beach which had access to bathrooms, showers and a lifeguard. Lots of cute restaurants and shops were within walking/biking distance. The house provided plenty of space for two families to comfortably co-exist and the loft was ideal for teens. Comfy beds, and beautifully decorated with everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach.

Beach Trip

We had the most wonderful stay here on our beach trip! The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was short. There is a restaurant, ice cream, and golf cart rentals in walking distance from the house! It was perfect!

Excellent Trip

Thank you for allowing us to use your amazing home! Community was quaint, quiet and perfectly located for our teenagers to go enjoy shops and the beach. Very convenient, safe and clean. The checkin a d check out process was very simple and Amanda was a great host and checked in throughout the stay.

Oasis by the beach

Excellent from start to finish. Amanda is a superb host, and the house is charming and cozy. Perfect for 2-3 families to share. Proximity to the beach is amazing…4-5 minute stroll and you’re on the most beautiful beach in the entire country!!!

Super cute and convenient

This property was perfect for our group. We had 13 people stay total and it was wonderful. The common area is comfortable and can accommodate the group when all together. Very homey and comfy. We actually had a little A/C mishap while there but literally within the hour of telling the host, she got someone out and fixed it so we were never in a pickle. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location

The property was perfect for 2 families with 2 younger kids. There was enough space to enjoy each other, and also have some privacy in the generously sized bedrooms. The only challenge was that the loft did not have any noise separation from the living space. The location was close to the beach, next to the pool, and down the road from shops. It was fantastic! The property manager/owner was incredibly communicative. As typical for any rental property, we proactively shared a few issues we noticed when we checked in, and were subsequently blamed for already causing these issues (ie, a broken refrigerator shelf).

This home is the ideal spot for a family or group of friends sharing a memorable vacation. The house’s 2,000 square foot floorplan is well-arranged for being together or finding space to be alone whenever you want.

There are 3 bedroom options on all 3 floors, and the loft bedroom space serves as bunk room.

There are 4 separate balconies and decks available, including one off of the living room and two off of the bedrooms. These outdoor spaces are perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying afternoon happy hour, or perhaps stealing some alone time with a good book.

If you like to cook, you’ll enjoy preparing a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, while the plentiful windows illuminate the entire space with sunlight.

When it’s time to sleep, the comfy beds promise a peaceful slumber.

To further enhance your vacation, this lovely home is perfectly situated right next to the neighborhood’s community amenities, including a seasonally heated pool and gas grills right off of the back deck!

You can fire up one of the grills, and enjoy al fresco dining under the covered, outdoor pavilion in the afternoon before heading down to the beach for an evening walk as the sun sets.
