The Space:
Lookout Lodge, this updated fully stocked kitchen, large great room with wood burning fireplace, 3 spacious bedrooms, screened in porch (with views of the 1st hole) and access to the Woods Resort (golf, tennis, swimming, and more) - the perfect home away from home for your family, friends or small group. We’re also pet-friendly!

Our cabin is located in The Woods Resort, a private community with an 18-hole golf course (with low green fees), spa, a restaurant and pub, and miles of walking/hiking trails. It’s considered the best course in the area, and the pub food is pretty great too!

Please note:
Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up!

Wi-Fi is provided, but due to the remote setting, service can sometimes be slower or spotty. We suggest downloading any essential content in advance.

We often take our three little kids and dog to the cabin with us, so we're very family and dog-friendly. Sorry, no cats, we're allergic:(

Beyond The Woods Resort, there’s plenty to do just a short drive away:
- Love the outdoors? Berkeley Springs State Park is home to a mineral spa that has been in use since colonial times. The park is renowned for its warm spring water, which flows at a constant temperature of 74.3 degrees. (15 min drive away)
- A little further away is Cacapon State Park a 6,000 + acre nature park great for hiking and exploring (about 25 minutes away)
- Looking for good restaurants & shopping? A short drive to Berkeley Springs Brewery, wineries, tea room, cafes, donut shop, art galleries - lots of local favorites
- In the summer, head out for a day of fishing, hiking, a round of golf or get on the water – you’ll find a little something for everyone (about 20 mins away)

This area of West Virginia has so much to offer, and Lookout Lodge is the perfect place – whether you want to explore the area, or just cozy up around the fire and take in the sunsets. We’d love to host you!
