This house was absolutely amazing. We had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool and fishing off the dock! I loved cooking in the fabulous kitchen. We especially enjoyed our family time hanging out and playing cards on the patio. Looking forward to our next visit!

A Perfect Piece of Paradise

We wanted a short stay to explore the Punta Gorda area, this home was perfect! Clean, quiet location, and all of the amenities one could ask for! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and our host was super responsive and gracious. We definitely would like to return!

Beautiful Punta Gorda Home

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Great location right on the water, very quiet. The heated pool was a highlight! Plenty of room to relax by the pool and in the home.

Fantastic Home in Punta Gorda

Terrific stay at LaSalina. We've stayed at 5 other homes in Punta Gorda Isles over the past few years. This is our go to spot for family vacations. Fishing, swimming, restuarants & shopping are all there in Punta Gorda. This home was by far THE BEST!!!Don't hesitate staying here. Troy was qwik with answers to any & all questions. Zero issues at this home. Thanks for a great vacation. We'll be back!!!! Bob and Cathy H.

Relaxing Vacation

This house was well equipped and exceptionally clean with very comfortable furnishings. In addition to the pool, there were bikes and kayaks. The location is peaceful and quiet. We were minutes from restaurants and shopping in Fisherman's Village. This owner is incredibly responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful

The house was amazing! It was very clean, the king bed was extremely comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was perfect and the blue night light was a special touch. The game table added much fun to our stay. The water front was great and we even caught a small snook off of the dock. We really enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this vacation home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the location—it’s right on the water, offering stunning views all day long from every corner of the house.The fishing here was incredible—perfect for both seasoned anglers and casual casting off the dock. We spent hours outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings and reeling in some great catches.Inside, the home is just as impressive. The interior is beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home. You can tell the owners put care into every detail—from the cozy furniture to the well-stocked kitchen and welcoming touches throughout.It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, waterfront getaway!

Gorgeous clean high quality home

This house has unbelievable layout with views through all of the house with multiple sliding glass doors that lead out to a very large lanai. All the Furnishings are very high-end including the very comfortable beds, couch, and chairs. The extras like the heated pool, bikes, fishing,and air hockey-pool table were all enjoyed during our stay. Troy the host was also a pleasure to work with and we are looking forward to another stay in the future.

Perfection!

This house was PERFECT! The pool was fun during the day and glowed at night. We were able to sit near the pool with a ceiling fan and breeze coming from the huge salt canals. The rooms and bathrooms were sparkling clean and really big. We also loved the new pool table and bikes. Very nice quiet location but close to everything. Definitely coming back!

Spectacular property

Pictures can’t do this property justice. This is a beautiful house in PGI situated on a large corner lot which has the sea wall on 2 sides. Very modern spacious house with large rooms and a beautiful heated pool, a gourmet kitchen and a nice walk in shower. House is well maintained and it’s kept very clean. Owner is very friendly and he has added many extras like kayaks with life vests, bikes with helmets & locks, beach wagon & chairs, etc. We spent the month here and we will definitely be back.

Great location, Beautiful house

We stayed 16 days at this location. From the house, to the pool and canal view you could not ask for a better location and home to stay. We haver rented many homes previously, and the house was by far the cleanest, and most well equipped as far as all the extras, plenty of dishes cooking accessories, towels, bikes, etc., that we have stayed in. Great pool for swimming, bonus that heat was included. Troy was immediate with answers for any questions and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend this home for a great family get away, and would 100% rent again, a hassle free vacation.Thanks Troy,Elaine

5 STAR ACOMMODATIONS!!

This home was AMAZING! It hit all the marks! It was super clean! Nice decor! Comfortable furniture! The mattresses even slept good! We always take our personal pillows when we go away from home. This home had very comfortable bed pillows so much so that I didn’t even use the pillow I took! Pool was amazing! Panoramic views of the water! The host was super responsive to any questions! I’d stay at this home again in a hot minute!

Loved our stay!

What a wonderful home! This home was like new. The owner thought of everything to include a fabulous inside and outside. The sal water pool was great because of all of the shaded areas when we wanted to get out of the sun. We were able to float in the pool and see fish jumping from the canal. The interior had incredible bathrooms and the kitchen was fully equipped. We didn’t want to leave but excited to return in January. Troy was very responsive and has been very helpful with other PG homes too.

Great House

The home was very nice and clean. Had a very nice layout. Furniture and master bed very comfortable. It was my wife and myself and we could see how nice this would be for a family with kids. The weather was a little cool the 1st couple days but I still enjoyed waking up, making some coffee and going out by the pool to sit and watch the sunrise. The view was very relaxing. The heated pool came in very handy. We were able to use the pool our last 2 days due to outside temps. were only in the 40's and 50's, it did warm up to the 70's halfway through our stay. Troy was very good to work with. He was very quick in responding to us when we needed to contact him. We would very much stay here again when we are on vacation again and in the area.

Beautiful home in a great location.

This is a beautiful home. The only negatives were some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Both TP holders were loose and not fastened properly to the wall. The grill is electric, and we couldn't get it to heat up anymore than slightly warm, so it was unusable. We did mention that the ice maker was not working, but we ended up buying ice for the week. Other than these small details, the house was very nice and large, though minimally stocked. The location on the canal was really lovely, and it was quiet and centrally located. The pool was a highlight. It is large, heated, and saltwater, and is very well maintained. We didn't use the bikes, kayaks or fishing equipment, but enjoyed our time at the house.

Love the outdoors and many of the family friendly activities. Punta Gorda has a small town feel that provides amazing weather year round.
