The Best Weekend Ever!

This is a place we would love to frequent for an annual family get together. This year it was done for my husband’s 40th birthday. Magnificent place, perfect amenities, and reasonably priced. Nick and Sal were always available to answer my 1,000 questions, LOL! Do yourself a favor and look no further you have found your vacation home.

The highlight of the property was Jason. Very attentive, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. Pro’s. Clean and spacious Attentive property manager Jason Pool (heated for additional fee) Location Fireplaces Game room View Con’s No hair dryers No TV in main floor living room Sliding doors do not open Overall it was a great weekend. I hot tub would make it perfect. We would definitely rent here again

Bay vacation 2021

The newly renovated house was great for our family of 17. Beautiful bay views with a dock and pool. Nicholas and his staff were responsive immediately before and during our stay. Bonus...right across from the house is an island with a sand bar beach at low tide. We kayaked and paddle boarded there every day.

Vacation in Ortley

Amazing looking. We had a beautiful view, lovely sunsets, plenty of space and everything we needed. Will say though that the property description of things included in the rental home was generic rather than specific. We actually had more than we expected. The laundry for example was listed as coin operated so we came prepared. It was not: a nice surprise. The pool was perfect for the younger kids also. It was a beautiful vacation spot for all of us. Would highly recommend this for large families (we were 16) and had lots of room.

Amazing Home!

We spent a long weekend at this beautiful home with a couple families and lots of teenagers. The location was perfect and the house was wonderful!!! The house had everything we could want and we had absolutely no complaints. The kids loved the games in the garage, as well as swimming in the pool and the bay. The decor and views were amazing! The music throughout the house was the perfect touch. We can’t wait to visit again and share this house with more family and friends.

Paradise on the Shore

My family and I opened the door to this amazing home and our jaws dropped!! We felt like we were on a cruise ship looking out on the amazing Key West Sunsets. This beautiful house was the best way for my family and I to spend quality time together for Easter and for my husband and my 25th wedding anniversary. In the morning we would go sit on the boat dock with a cup of coffee and just take in the breathtaking water view. The heated pool was a hit, and just the right size. We enjoyed just Sitting out on the deck with a cocktail in hand watching the breathtaking sunsets! This property is just a must see and highly recommend!!!! There are 6 bedrooms that are tastefully decorated, 5 of them with water views. We felt like royalty in the huge third floor master suite , which has a Jacuzzi bath and shower for two. The large open kitchen has all the essentials with a large dining table for my family to eat, relax and play games. The beautiful living room has a fireplace that added a nice touch. Outside grill was great. There is a game room as well that was allot of fun. The area has lots of restaurants to order out. The owner gave a list of local places) No reason to eat out when you have this home. This was a stress free booking from the start due to the owner Nicholas, he was a pleasure, helpful and so kind. He knew we had a couple of stormy and cold days, so he told us to stay another night if we would like, and not to rush out so we could enjoy the sun. (no one was checking in next day) We all appreciated his kindness and generosity. Thank you Nicholas for sharing your home with us and making our stay a perfect week we will remember forever!! P.S. We cant wait to stay again , hopefully this summer !!

Beautiful rental

Nice house. Beautiful views from every room perfect for family gatherings. Highly recommend. A few issues but Sal came by and took care if some very quickly so we could continue to enjoy our mom's 90th birthday.

Beautiful relaxing home near the lake

Our family came for Christmas and very nice decorations and a huge tree were already in the house! We cooked a nice Christmas dinner in a very spacious, well equipped kitchen. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The manager was always accessible and helpful. We had an incredibly relaxing week with beautiful sunsets seen from within and outside the house.

Exactly as described!

Our stay at Ces Blu was fantastic! We were four out-of-state couples that met back at the Jersey shore prior to our 50th high school reunion. The photos online give a true depiction of this fabulous home. The kitchen is well-equipped with two sinks, two dishwashers and a Wolf gas range. The outdoor Bar-B-Q area has two large grills (one built in). All this allowed for some great gourmet meals to be prepared by each couple. The house's central location was ideal for runs to ACME and the Ortley Fish Market as well. We did not take advantage of the garage's game room but was glad it was there had the weather not cooperated. Regardless of the level you are on, the view is spectacular, both during the day lounging on the comfortable outdoor furniture or enjoying the incredible evening sunsets. Sleeping accommodations were more than adequate and provided each couple their own privacy. Each of us agreed that when the Jersey shore beckons us back, there's no other place to stay!

An terrific house with a wonderful location for a family reunion of all generations.

The house is fanatastic and well equipped to host multiple families with multiple generations. The pool while slightly smaller than expected but was tremendous and provided hours of entertainment for kids and adults for the first two days. On the third day the weather was not favorable for swimming and many took to the garage/playroom which entertained for hours. The sunset from the back of this house was amazing and created a wonderful setting for an evening barbecue. The kitchen is fairly well equipped with the various necessities for cooking for a large group. The only recommendation may be to inquire about the heat settings in the house, as the first night got a little toasty when the evening set points kicked in. In all we were already planning our next trip back and would highly recommend to others interested in a luxurious shore house.

I had a Great time. The House was Beautiful.

The House was Beautiful. The only issue I had was there was no instruction manual to explain different things in the house. We had to find out through trial and error. Also I called Maintenance because one of the TVs was not working, he said he would come look at it but he never showed up. So my Quest just had to watch TV in the Family room.

Our Ces Blu Lavallette home is a true 6 BR Bay Front Home that has 180 degrees from most rooms. Open floor includes a professionally equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and a first floor bedroom # 1 with two double beds and en suite bath. Travel up the curved open stair case to a living room loft with a 50 inch TV and second floor views of the open bay. Second floor has 4 bedrooms and two full baths with bedroom #2 with a twin over a full bunk. Additional three bedrooms that open up to a bay front deck with outstanding view: bedroom 3# with two queen beds and bedrooms #4 & #5 with queen beds. Lastly our 3 floor master suite bedroom # 6 has a King bed and additional queen bedroom, perfect for an entire family to stay . The master suite has a double shower and soaking tub; fireplace and large roof deck with stunning 180 degree water views.

This Home was newly renovated in 2021 with all new furniture and Casper Mattresses throughout most bedrooms. Outdoors has a large deck , patio , private pool and boat for enjoying the outdoors.

Our Guests enjoy this home year round, we offer only weekly rentals in late June through early September and weekends are available through the year and for Holidays. Book early for Holiday gatherings or reserving for a special memorable event.
