Disfrute de sus vacaciones de playa en este hermoso condominio frente al mar de 4 dormitorios! Ubicada en el paseo marítimo entre B y C Street, esta unidad central (segunda planta) de un triplex está a poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes, el muelle de Balboa y el alquiler de bicicletas. Este condominio cuenta con una terraza privada al aire libre, mobiliario actualizado, 2 salas de estar, pisos de madera nueva y hermosa vista al mar y puesta del sol!

El salón delantero tiene 2 sofás, mesa de café, un sillón, TV de pantalla plana y vistas fenomenales al mar! Hay 2 mesas de comedor, uno con capacidad para 4 y el otro de estar 6. La cocina cuenta con todas las comodidades, incluyendo un lavavajillas, compactador de basura y un montón de armario y contador de espacio para almacenar y preparar los alimentos. La trastienda de estar tiene 2 sofás, una mesa de café y una zona de cocina que incluye una mini-nevera y fregadero. La terraza al aire libre cuenta con una mesa, sillas y una barbacoa, ideal para pasar el rato y cocinar para la familia y amigos!

La suite principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con un baño contiguo. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio también con un cuarto contiguo. El tercer y cuarto dormitorios cada uno con 2 camas individuales individuales. Hay otro baño completo en el pasillo hacia la parte delantera de la casa. Hay un sofá cama en la parte posterior de la casa.

Hay 2 lugares de estacionamiento en tándem a la izquierda del garaje. Acceso a lavadora y secadora en el garaje.

Balboa Village es una pintoresca y pequeña ciudad costera que consiste en solo 3 pequeños bloques adyacentes al muelle de Balboa. Aquí puede leer detenidamente las tiendas, restaurantes, bares y FUN Zone. We loved the place. Location was perfect and the Newport Beach Vacation Service was responsive and helpful. It is nice to have 2 parking spots and there were enough towels and beddings for the guests to use.

Most everything was good. My family and I loved the location. The house was nice. My only complaint was I asked that the outside grill be checked as we were bbq on Thanksgiving Eve. Well not only was the grill dirty, but only one side worked. Cooking for a group took a lot longer than expected. But we survived. The bathroom shower door in the double bedroom, fell on my granddaughter. Came off the slide thing. My husband put it back on, but didn’t let anyone use it after that. The other shower doors were hard to slide. We kept them open. Sort of a safety issue. But overall it was good stay. Thank you

The location of this property is absolutely amazing, with a beautiful ocean-front view. We truly enjoyed biking along the boardwalk every day and taking relaxing walks to Balboa Village — the setting really made our stay special.The house offers plenty of space, which was great for our group, although it could benefit from some refreshing updates.We stayed at another property just a few doors down earlier this year, and they provided thoughtful extras like beach towels and beach chairs, which made a big difference and were very much appreciated. In comparison, this house offers very limited additional amenities.Our main concern was the washer and dryer operating on a coin system. One of the reasons we choose vacation homes is for the convenience, especially for longer stays. We stayed for nine nights, and having to find and use quarters for laundry felt inconvenient and somewhat discouraging. It wasn’t about the cost — it was more about the added hassle during what’s meant to be a relaxing vacation.Overall, the location is truly wonderful, but a few updates and added conveniences would greatly improve the guest experience.

Overall a really great place to stay! You cannot beat the location. The view from the property is absolutely gorgeous! Kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook full meals easily. There could be a few improvements like new towels and having body soap/shampoo in all bathrooms but in general I would come again!

Amazing Beach Access

This VRBO was perfect for our family's needs. The beach access was amazing, and it was a short walk to some cute little shops. We traveled with our kids, 4 of them adults and the house had enough space to spread out. The living/gathering area was perfect for games and meals, and the view was amazing.

The rooms were certainly not clean. There was trash under the sofa. The fridge was extremely noisy and kept us up till 2:30am one night. Under the fridge was disgusting. We had to clean drawer liners in a bedroom. There were ants all over the kitchen floor. The furniture was dated as was most of the apartment. Lights did not work. The bathroom fan did not work. The sliding patio doors did not move easilly. The door handle was broken off and the door threshold had not been cleaned in years. Water came through the bottom of one of the windows and into an electrical outlet and onto the floor. The small apartment front door threshold is rotten. Some lamps were rusty. The listing had been creatively done and the photos were deceiving. The view was great.

Lots of room

The condo is very spacious. We were a party of 7. Never felt we were in each others way. We enjoyed the large dining table and large comfortable sofa. The beds were comfortable. Lots of water pressure and hot water. Off street parking is a real plus in this neighborhood. Wifi service was a little spotty. Easy check in and check out.

Beachfront location

Very walkable to beach and restaurants. Very spacious and well supplied. I would have given it 5 stars all around except there was a power outage (which wasn't their fault) which was an inconvenience but my mom really enjoyed her 90th birthday surprise.

Great space, great location, needs some updates

Positives- great large space, plenty of beds and baths for a large group of people. Excellent location with walkability to activities. Negatives- no beach towels (they are offered at an additional “rental” fee), beds/linens need upgrading especially for the ratw, too many checkout rules.

The Airbnb ad was a little misleading - it implied whole house so, when we found out we were on the second floor only, and did not have the patio for our toddler to play on, we were a little disappointed. But, everything else was exactly as advertised. The unit was clean, comfortably accommodated our group of 7, and the deck offers an awesome view of the beach, ocean, and sunsets. We offer our endorsement of this property and NBVP without hesitation.

Lots of Sleeping Space for Large Family!

We have large family of 16 with grandparents and grandkids so we struggle to find room for everyone to sleep. We rented both middle and bottom units and even had room for some friends to spend the night. My only negative feedback is out of the owners hands as this part of Newport/Balboa is known for its large waves that break on the shore. Not great for young kids - so we had to drive down to Blackys and go walk over to the bay for safer swimming. Other than than - this place was very well stocked, clean with comfy beds. We had a great time!

We have done summer vacation rentals for many years on the peninsula, using various rental agencies and some direct-through-owner rental properties. This was our first time using NBVP.I highly recommend NBVP for their excellent service. Before, during and after our stay, they were extremely communicative and very helpful. This condo we rented was not only exactly as described, but it was extremely clean - something unfortunately I haven't found in every rental agency or property we've used. The extra living room in the back was a huge added bonus. Kids could hang out there so that front living room wasn't taken over. Kitchen/front living room and dining layout are very open and spacious. Front patio (2nd floor unit) is pretty good-sized, too. Property had just had new flooring put in, which was an added bonus.

Wonderful accommodations close to Balboa pier

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So happy with our vacation! The place was clean and well maintained. We had renters above and below us, but we never heard anything through the ceiling or floor. (Only the ground floor and second floor are rented to the public, but the owner rents the top floor to friends.) The view from the patio was amazing, and it was great to be able to walk to the ferry, the fun zone, the pier, and of course the beach. Laminate flooring throughout, comfortable furniture, lots of room, two of the four bedrooms had en suite bathrooms, two living rooms, large patio with gas grill, gorgeous view – the place was amazing. My wife and I stayed in the master, and the shower had great water pressure. One thing to note: bring some quarters for the laundry in the garage. The email instructions said a wash and dry would cost $2.75, but the cost had actually gone up to $3.00, and to really dry a load of towels it took two cycles in the dryer. Another thing we realized was that you need to bring your own spices, paper towels, and saran wrap, and we found that using paper plates and plastic cups was preferable to doing dishes. But they had all the pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flat ware, and utensils we needed. (Except a potato masher, but we bought one and left it there, so now it has one.) Bottom line: this is really just an ideal place for a Newport Beach vacation.

Views for a Week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a fabulous time in this property for a week. The property is located right on the boardwalk and as such, we woke up and went to bed to beautiful views of the ocean. The property nicely accommodated our family of 8 with plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms, which is key for us. The property has probably been updated within the last 5ish years and we liked the flooring. There is nothing fabulous about the furnishings but they are comfortable and appear clean. The place is more or less across from the Balboa Fun Zone area with lots of shops and a few places to eat and it is within walking of other shops and restaurants. We rented bikes which the kids rode all over and boogie boards and chairs and towels. Beach towels are not provided. There wasn't a good selection of pots and pans and no scissors in the drawer but a text to management and they brought over a brand new box of pots and pans as well as scissors and a set of knifes over that same day. Very accommodating. Parking was a challenge. There is a tandem spot on the left side of the driveway. However, there is a fence that runs along that side separating it from the place next door making it difficult to get in and out of your car. We also had a huge truck parked next to us on the right all week making it interesting to back out onto Balboa Blvd. Additionally, all the trash cans were put right behind our spot on trash day making it impossible to back out without moving trash cans around. We are from California so we used our cars maybe more than most people. If you don't plan to drive anywhere, then there will not be a problem. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to friends.

The unit was really well stocked and perfectly set up for a family gathering. Loved being right in the beach and boardwalk for the kids. The unit is very close to such a beautiful neighborhood so it made for wonderful morning walks down to The Wedge. We enjoyed the closeness of the Pier and Fun Zone for our evenings getting ice cream with the kids. It was great having a second living room for our teenagers. Plenty of parking. The unit was very clean. Loved hanging out on the balcony, especially for sunset. Highly recommend this unit for a turnkey relaxing vacation.
