Welcome to our charming ski-in and ski-out condo located at the Village at Breckenridge and off Main Street!
This newly purchased two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers an unforgettable mountain escape with breathtaking views of Maggie Pond and Peaks 9/10!
We are excited about our new updates to the property and making it a charming stay for you!
Whether you're here for skiing, hiking, or to relax and soak in the stunning scenery, our condo provides the perfect base for your adventures.
About the Space:
First/Primary Bedroom: King sized bed with clean and comfortable mattress to provide you the perfect nights sleep after a great day on the mountain. Private bathroom attached.
Second Bedroom: Twin over Queen bunk beds provide a space for everyone to enjoy. Relax with each other or cozy up to a good book in your own space.
Second Bathroom: Two full bathrooms, stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.
Living Area: A cozy living room with large windows offering unbeatable views of Maggie Pond and Peaks 9 and 10. Enjoy the beautiful scenery right from the comfort of the couch. The couch has a comfortable queen pull out that is the perfect space for people to lay their heads after a full day of adventures.
Kitchen: A full kitchen with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Keurig and a Mr. Coffee allow all coffee lovers to start their day off right with a warm cup of joe.
Dining Area: A large dining table seating 8 allows you to enjoy meals with family and friends while taking in the stunning surroundings.
BUILDING AMENITIES
Health Club/Gym just two floors down and is open from 10am-10pm and includes:
-Indoor/outdoor pool with kiddie slide
-4 outdoor hot tubs
-Game room
-Newly remodeled fitness room
-Sauna, Steam Room, and Locker Room

My goal is to create a seamless, welcoming experience for guests so they can fully enjoy all the beauty and adventure Breckenridge has to offer.
