Beautifully restored charming MCM home in the heart of Tempe.

Desirable downtown location close to the airport, ASU, Mill Avenue entertainment district, sporting venues, Scottsdale, shopping and restaurants. Take advantage of the great weather for all outdoor activities such as spring training, art, culinary & music festivals, Ironman marathon, golf and hiking. Also nearby are the Phoenix Zoo, the Desert Botanical Garden and Tempe Beach Park. Easy access to the light rail to catch sporting events, museums and all downtown Phoenix activities. Tucked away in a quiet tree lined neighborhood south of ASU campus within walking distance of the active nightlife.

Our home has 3 bedrooms 3 baths, dining room, family room, laundry room with a full refrigerator , chef’s kitchen with Wolf professional gas cooktop and Wolf steam oven. Six flat screen TVs with fire sticks for easy streaming. Fiber1 internet and a classic arcade game for the young and old!
Exceptional outdoor oasis featuring a fire pit, fountain, nostalgic swing, bbq, smoker and in indoor air conditioned game room. Games and puzzles available!
Between all the amenities our home has to offer and all the activities in the area you are sure to enjoy your stay!

Our host, Mary, was wonderful! She made sure we didn’t have any questions, and explained a few things about the house that may have been confusing. The home itself was in a good location and was very nice. We loved the beautiful backyard, especially while enjoying our coffee.

Renter was upset that there was a ring doorbell at the front door facing the street. There are many amenities at the home, a hot tub is not one of them and is NOT in the listing.

check in was a breeze... Bob's house was perfect for our three night stay...The home was very clean, with 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths perfect for my son, grandson and myself. We didn't cook, but its a chefs dream..The back yard is beautiful with 2 orange trees and 1 sumo. Its very close to some great restruants ,and easy to travel to some of the cactus league ball parks. I highly recommend this house..We will stay here again next year

Great location and great place

Met up with a few friends for spring ball. The house was in a great location, was comfortable, clean, and has an amazing backyard to enjoy. The hosts were prompt to reply. Would stay here again for sure!

Great place, definitely would return.

Our family came out for a graduation at ASU. Very impressed with how clean and well stocked the house was. Great patio to hang out in. A great place to relax. The TVs were a little tricky to learn but the standup arcade was enjoyed by everyone.

Amazing house

We loved everything about our stay here! The house was clean, quiet, and centrally located. We especially loved the back yard and the kitchen. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen that I have ever seen in a short term rental. The owners are very nice and responsive! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend this home!

Amazing backyard and tons of space!

Mary and Bob really made this property feel like a home and not just a bare house. They had all the kitchen supplies you’d need. The back yard is curated beautifully to spend a relaxing evening in. The rooms were spacious with a ton of extra bedding and towels.

Caroline was a great guest. She left the house in great condition, starting the dishwasher, and the laundry, and taking out the trash. It was a pleasure to come back to a clean house.

Beautiful Cozy Home

The home is renovated beautifully and equipped with everything you need for a home-away-from home vacation. The hosts were very accommodating and so responsive to our needs and made us feel comfortable in their beautiful home. I would recommend 100 times over. Although there were some people without housing at a nearby park, the neighbor hood was clean, quiet and safe with children playing and riding bikes outside and there was no concern at all.

We loved everything about the house and how it was equipped. The best we’ve ever stayed in, as far as how it was equipped. The bedroom with no bath attached had a ceiling fan that didn’t work, but this was not a problem for us…cooler temps. The back yard was like a fairyland at night with the lights strung and the fire pit and water fountain…so lovely!

Stayed here over the weekend and we absolutely loved it! It was clean and kept up. The backyard was really nice and great for entertaining. The host was nice and professional. We Would definitely recommend and also book again.
