Minutes away from wineries, breweries, unique towns like Jerome, Clarkdale and Old Town Cottonwood, Indian ruins, Verde Canyon Railroad - this is a majestic ride on the train following the Verde River a must see and only 2 1/2 miles away in Clarkdale, historic sites plus plentiful dining and shops all surrounded by incredible mountains, red rock and valley views! A short drive away is Sedona and everything it has to offer. Out of Africa Wildlife Park is just 25 minutes away.

This house truly has it all. Both levels offer complete vacation living with kitchen, dining, beds and baths - making it perfect for gathering together or chilling out in the abundant spaciousness of this special space.

The upstairs boasts a large open concept kitchen with bar and eating nook, plus a formal dining room and large living room with windows all around showcasing our AZ blue skies, sunshine and unstoppable views. Just step outside to experience the panoramic mountain deck views on the upper level to really absorb the stunning landscape!

Two bedrooms upstairs with two full baths, including the primary en suite with full soaking tub/shower and double vanity. From the primary, the glass door leads to your private portion of deck with mountain/desert view and you'll also have the use of one of our three dedicated workspaces - one in the master, one downstairs and one on the landing.

Downstairs you'll find another huge open area with living room, dining area, and another full kitchen with bar seating. This is surrounded by three bedrooms - one with a full en suite bathroom; another with it's own private side patio; a kids room houses bunk beds (twin top, full bottom) along with toys and books to keep them entertained; a full-size shared bathroom and, again - tons of windows, light and more views. The entire expansive patio with comfy lounge seating is your doorway to a la carte dining and relaxing views; with the ramada and dining table for 8, as well as covered deck - you won't be short of different angles to scope out our beautiful surroundings and the wildlife.

For all you cooks out there, try your hand with our green egg smoker, full size gas grill and cooking spread for all your BBQ culinary skills.

The entire home and surroundings are yours in its entirety except the garage. Guests will NOT have access to the garage.

We won't be available in person but we have a fantastic property manager who is local to Sedona and who will assist with whatever you need during your stay with us. We do prefer that communication is done via the messenger unless it is an emergency in which case you can reach him directly through text or call.
