The spacious master bedroom features a private balcony and a soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. Step out to the back patio for a BBQ or pamper yourself in the hot tub while enjoying the breathtaking scenery.

Keyless Entry: There is a smartlock on the front door ensuring an easy check-in experience. Guests will be provided with all of the check-in information prior to their stay.

During the winter, bask in the warmth of the gas fireplace, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
Kitchen & Dining: Indulge in culinary delights in the luxurious kitchen, featuring gleaming granite countertops and a convenient wrap-around breakfast bar. Equipped with an array of high-quality dishes and utensils, this kitchen ensures you have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, a charming wooden dining table awaits, comfortably seating six guests—ideal for memorable family meals and intimate gatherings.
Master Bedroom: Retreat to the spacious master bedroom, a serene sanctuary complete with a king-size bed, gas fireplace, Roku TV, and a private balcony offering breathtaking views. The ensuite bathroom is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring dual sinks, a generous walk-in closet, a refreshing shower, and a luxurious soaking bathtub (no jets at this time).
Bedroom 2 & 3: Venture down the hall upstairs to discover two inviting bedrooms. The first room greets you with two plush queen-size beds, providing a restful haven for relaxation. The adjacent bedroom is perfect for families or groups, featuring a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full-size bed on the bottom, plus an additional twin bed. A convenient jack-and-jill bathroom lies between these two rooms, allowing the shower/tub and toilet to be closed off for added privacy at the sink area.
Outdoors: Embrace the great outdoors on the spacious back patio, which offers beautiful views of the surrounding trees and towards Blue Canyon. The patio is perfect for al fresco dining with a table, BBQ grill, and even a kid-sized picnic table. For a touch of whimsy, enjoy the swing set crafted from a ski lift chair. Unwind in the hot tub, soaking up the serene views and fresh mountain air.
Head East on Hwy 168 until you reach Shaver Lake. Make a right turn on Bretz Mill Rd, follow the road and take a right onto Blue Canyon Rd. Then take a left onto Summit Creek Ln. After entering the gate, take a left and the house will be on the right hand side. Make sure to double check the house number, the directions do not always have an exact pin.
Parking: You can comfortably fit two vehicles at the condo. One in the garage and one in the driveway. If additional parking is needed, you’re welcome to park in the cul-de-sac at the end of the road. Please DO NOT park in the road or in the neighbors driveway.
AC: This property does NOT have air conditioning. However, fans are provided at the property during summer months.
Winter: This property has central heat and a gas fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. Please understand that heat rises, so upstairs will always stay warmer than downstairs.
