Hay 10 habitaciones en total y cada una tiene un hermoso cuarto de baño de mármol. Ambas villas cuentan con una cocina totalmente equipada gourmet, comedor y muchas áreas de descanso a lo largo de la Villa. Cada Villa tiene una piscina al aire libre fenomenal, con un área cubierta de comedor exterior, una barbacoa de gas, un bar, una ducha al aire libre y muebles de exterior cómodo. Hay un equipo de música, tanto en Villas, wi-fi y TV vía satélite. El agua potable se proporciona. Las villas cuentan con un personal que consiste en un gerente, 2 criadas a tiempo completo y un hombre jardinero / piscina tiempo completo. I hosted a retreat here and the experience was top tier. The property is even more gorgeous than the photos, and I even saw capybaras in real life! The pools were amazing, the maid service and pool service were clutch, and Valerie the property manager was extremely responsive, helpful for finding restaurants and grocery stores, and just generally a great resource. The retreat guests were exceedingly pleased with the accommodations, both in terms of comfort, and also cleanliness. The kitchen was well appointed, there was ample sitting space and different areas for people to be in without feeling overly crowded in either house. Definitely hoping to be able to host there again, loved it.

Amazing house! Amazing location!

This house was perfect for our group. We loved that all the bedrooms had a private bathroom. The maid service made the stay extra enjoyable. It was hot in the main areas without air conditioning but our group managed it fine. The bedrooms are very well air conditioned. The location was perfect. ***Warning Catering with Valerie*** She cancelled our catering 3 days prior to arrival because I was upset that she wanted me to pay for catering for 3,4,5 year old children who I knew were not going to eat what we ordered. She said "I was lucky she was only going to charge me half price. Usually she charges full price." I said if I am paying for them I want the food that is left over because I know they are not going to eat it. Apparently this didn't sit well with her and she cancelled 3 days before we arrived, even though I had paid in full. It was so disappointing and so poorly handled! Don't trust her!!! Fortunately, PA Catering was able to step in and supply us with great food. We loved the quesadillas and the Mayan Luau. Other than Valerie, our stay was amazing!

Spectacular Villas in a Wonderful Location

My family rented both villas at the same time. The arrangement was ideal. Both villas are simply spectacular. They are luxurious, spacious, spotless, and extremely well kept. Both kitchens are fully equipped and every need addressed. There are enough common areas so that a large family like mine could congregate comfortably together for family events, and still enjoy separate sleeping arrangements and privacy. The setting is truly beautiful, and both pools are comfortable and spotlessly maintained. Each villa has a rooftop area that is ideal for evening drinks, or watching sunrises and/or sunsets. The villas are located near the heart of Puerto Aventuras, within a very short walking distance to all of its amenities (restaurants, etc.). Lars and Lorraine were very gracious hosts, and flexible when a few unexpected challenges occurred with our group. They also provide connections to an excellent catering service that is first rate. We enjoyed several of their events, at the villas, including a tequila tasting and a gourmet dinner, that were both just wonderful. We would certainly return and I heartily recommend the villas, separately or together, to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation setting in lovely Puerto Aventuras.

Beautiful home but beware of power outages

Our stay here started out great. The house is beautiful, the location in Puerto Aventuras is ideal, the housekeeping staff is awesome and the house manager is responsive. An important thing to note is that while the VRBO amenity listing notes there is only AC in the bedrooms, we did not anticipate how hot the common areas would be at this time of year- July. At times it was sweltering and unbearable. As we were here for a family vacation, this made spending time together in the house challenging. We were sweating nonstop as the temperature was in the high 80s and 90s and there was little wind. The real problem however happened midway through our trip. On Wednesday evening around 5pm the power went out throughout all of PA. It lasted until the next morning, precisely at 1:40 am. After a long hot sticky Wednesday at Xcaret, our large group (which included many small children) returned home to find 2 pitch black houses, with no power or running water. Anxious, we reached out to the house manager and property owner. Others in our group began seeking out information from neighbors. We were only able to communicate with the house manager via WhatsApp messenger. She told us where to find flashlights and candles, gave us recommendations like, “use the pool water to flush the toilets”, but didn’t offer recommendations about alternative accommodations despite us sharing that we had very young children in our group who were very anxious and a couple who were getting sick. What we found most egregious however is that the house owner, who was also on the same WhatsApp thread never said a word. He did not offer recommendations on alternative lodging while this emergency persisted. Nor did he issue an apology, a condolence message or express any empathy. We could see that he was reading every message (WhatsApp’s read function), yet when we called him (4 times) he did not pick up. Our frustration lies in both how this emergency was handled and the fact that it could have been avoided. Many other homeowners in PA have generators. We were surprised to hear from neighbors that these overnight power outages are not unusual. One neighbor mentioned that the last one happened 3 weeks prior. Nowhere on VRBO are power outages and the associated loss of running water listed as a risk that guests need to be aware of when booking these homes. They acted as if prolonged power and water outages like these are regular occurrences that guests should just deal with.

Our Family Christmas 2021

This was a magical property. We couldn’t have chosen a better destination. Lorraine, Lars and Valerie were excellent hosts from beginning to end. The pictures you see were exactly how it was. There were17 people in our family staying in the 2 villas Sarita and Miramar. There was plenty of room and the pools were both enjoyed to the max. A lot of planning was done so we enjoyed many meals by Valerie and her staff and all were excellent. We did enjoy some meals at the local restaurants which were also great. We all felt so safe in this community and hope to go back to visit again. Thank you!!!

Vacation

Let me start off by saying that the properties were amazing and the location was fantastic. We were centrally located for what we had planned. The entire compound if you will, was quiet and felt very safe. I will however put these small negatives out there. First, Lars (owner) met us on the first day and was very helpful with information for the area and the complex. He was very nice and we spent about an hour and a half together as he showed the houses to us. He explained the house rules and the expected tip rates for the staff. Here lies the first problem, the maids do not police up the pool areas and we had to make sure that all dishes were put into the kitchen. This was not a big deal due to we are not those types that make a huge mess but if you have a late night and leave bottles or cans outside they will not pick up after you. We were instructed that this was a family neighborhood and quiet time is at 11pm. This was also fine but the neighbors had a rager until 430am one night and it was terrible. The maintenance guy doesn't really do anything but sweep the outside of the houses and fill the pool every morning. So the tips that were suggested seemed a little much for the little work that is done. We do not have problems with tipping and we actually take care of any staff that we have on our trips. Second, the owners do live in the area and were always at the houses, to the point that it started to feel uncomfortable for our party. I almost wanted to ask if there was a problem. We had rented both houses for a group of 21. We had explained that we are all law enforcement in the USA but that didnt seem to settle them down. I think in the future that if they want their guests to feel at home and enjoy their vacation, then have the meet at the beginning and let them be. The staff on hand will contact them if there was a problem im sure. There were safes but no instructions on how to use them. Dont let these keep you from renting these beautiful homes. The communication was outstanding with the property manager and she helped set up some massages for the wives at the houses. The property manager and the owners are great people and this was an outstanding stay. We even enjoyed seeing the monkeys walking around. I would stay here again without hesitation. This is a must stay area and great for kids. You dont even have to venture out of the compound if you dont want to. Everything is there......This is a gem of a find.

Awesome location

The location is in the middle of Cancun and Tulum 45 min from both places . Yacht rides ,pool ,Parks and food everything close to location bedroom & bathroom great size. Group of 12 we rented both houses. Chef and housekeepers was amazing I would stay again and again when ever in Mexico

Clean, Beautiful, and Friendly Staff!

The purpose of our stay was to host some people that we have business relationships with. The space was perfect for our needs. The villas were clean, the maids were friendly, and the meals that the cooks prepared were delicious! Lars and Lorraine were fantastic hosts! They really went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed and offered many suggestions on things to see and do in the area, places to eat, etc... Their manager, Valerie, was also extremely helpful in setting up the details of our trip. A few of our guests mentioned that they would like to go back with their families and stay in these villas. We would also definitely love to book another trip like this with them again!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We traveled with 4 toddlers and and 4 families. They're attention to detain was impeccable! Valerie was the best manager to deal with , there were small issues with the safes but she personally took care of it quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

One word...Paradise!!!!

This villas were just beautiful. The pictures really don’t do it any justice, you have to come see it for yourself. We rented both villas and we didn’t regret it. Valerie our manager was always there when we needed something for the house. She was only a phone call/text away. She was very helpful and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden to her for asking too much questions..lol. The maids and the gardeners were super polite and also very very helpful. They made us feel welcome and cleaned up after us when we made a mess. I especially want to thank Lorraine for making this happen for us and letting us rent these beautiful villas. We greatly appreciate all of you and hope to see you all soon :). Thank you so so much again from the bottom of our hearts. Muchas gracias a todos

Villas Miramar and Sarita Highly Recommended

My husband and I celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary with our extended family over the Thanksgiving holiday at Villas Miramar and Sarita. We started planning the trip about 8 months in advance since there were 18 people in our group and decided that staying in a house would be preferred to a hotel. The owners Lorraine and Lars and property manager Valerie were so helpful and responsive with planning the trip. They answered all of our questions within 24 hours, provided information on local activities, sent private chef options, and made the planning process easy. Upon arrival, the property manager Valerie met us at the villas and gave us a tour, explained the maid schedule, and general things about the property. After that, she stopped by every day to oversee the maids and gardener and make sure all things were in order. The maids did a superb job with keeping the villas clean and picking up after 18 people every day! The owners Lorraine and Lars also came by the villas to meet us and to make sure that everything was going well with our stay. For our anniversary celebration, we had a Private Chef prepare a sit down dinner on the patio by the pool. We told the property manager what we wanted and she did all work to make it happen. She was very attentive and patient with providing sample chairs, tables, and table arrangements for us to choose from for the dinner. The evening was perfect and such a wonderful memory for everyone. The maids surprised us by decorating our bedroom with rose petals and signs. Everyone treated us so well and made our trip an enjoyable, relaxing, and fantastic time for the entire family. The villas are even more beautiful than the pictures online. Everything was well maintained and nicely furnished. We highly recommend it.

Amazing Home, Amazing Experiences, Amazing Hosts!

Originally, we booked both houses for holiday vacation with family and friends, but with the Zika scare several expectant mothers were forced to cancel their vacation plans. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise as it allowed us the opportunity to work with and meet Lorraine and Lars. They are incredible hosts and I wish they could manage EVERY vacation home we rent! In the following review, I am speaking about Casa Sarita. On our last day, we were able to tour Villa Miramar and it was lovely. I can honestly say that either home is the perfect vacation rental for a family or large group. Both are furnished beautifully and since the house manager handles both properties, I can tell you first hand that you are guaranteed the most amazing service I’ve ever experienced at a rental property. Our group of 8 30-something couples each had their own bedroom and private bathroom, something we thought would be hard to find out side of a hotel. We enjoyed the daily maid service, which made us feel like we were at our own private 8-person resort instead of a vacation home. The kitchen was fantastic. 2 people in our group are avid home chefs, and took full advantage of the set-up. The pool was cleaned every morning, and we used it every day. We took day trips to several area beaches (Akumal, Tulum), Eco-Parks (Xpu-Ha, Xel-Ha, Xplor), so we preferred to relax in the comfort of “our own home” at the pool when we weren’t out and about. The walk to the beach was very short though, so if you are craving 100% beach, 100% of the time you’re all set. Several in-home experiences were expertly arranged for us by the house manager. The most fun we had on the trip was our in-home cooking class. Instead of bringing in a fancy chef, we worked with the house manager to bring in a local woman who cooked with us and taught us all how to make several truly authentic dishes from the region. She only spoke Spanish, but those of us proficient in the language we are able to translate for everyone else. I cannot recommend this experience enough. Everyone we encountered at the home was incredibly friendly and more than willing to help make our vacation memorable and truly relaxing. From the maid and the gardener to the house manager to the owners themselves, each and every person was delightful and truly added to our overall experience. If you are lucky enough that one of these houses is available for your travel dates, book one now!

Amazing Family Vacation and Destination Wedding!

We rented the double Villas for my daughter's destination wedding this past January. I had so much hope that the location and villas would provide a perfect place for her special day and we were not disappointed! The wedding and family vacation time was more than I could have hoped for. The villas are absolutely gorgeous. Photos really do not do them justice. Lorraine and Valerie (property managers and wedding planner) were so helpful throughout the planning period and during our stay. I sent so many email inquiries throughout the months before the wedding as I had a million questions and requests of them both in order to set things up for the wedding. They were always very prompt in answering my questions and never made me feel like I was a burden. When we arrived, Valerie met with me almost daily to help with details and planning for the wedding day. She was able to problem solve any issue that we had and help with anything we needed. She was absolutely wonderful. The wedding was gorgeous and such a fun time for everyone! We could not have made this happen without Lorraine and Valerie's amazing assistance and we are all so grateful! My daughter called me when we got home and said that her wedding day was absolutely the best day of her life! The week before the wedding, we found lots of great things to do together as a family (snorkeling in the cenotes, a catamaran ride to snorkel in the ocean, swimming in the pool, paddle boarding in the beautiful ocean and more. Puerto Aventuras felt absolutely safe (even for the young ones that stayed out late) and is filled with food and music in the evenings. I highly recommend this place for family gatherings or a wedding! We are more than pleased and will really miss Valerie (unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of meeting Lorraine as she was out of town). Thank you both so much for everything!!! Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Tourists without a Car, Adventure Seekers, Age 55+, Families with Teenagers.

Beautiful homes made for an amazing trip!

Villa Miramar and Casa Sarita played home base for our large group of 16 friends during our destination wedding in the first half of January. Both properties are testaments to the diligent staff that maintains them and made for a truly worry free stay (because who wants to deal with home maintenance issues while on vacation...there's plenty of time for that when you get back). And we appreciated the friendly and prompt communication with management from beginning to end. You will not be disappointed, the beds are cozy, the entertainment areas are well appointed and the location within PA is convenient to all amenities. I know where we'll be staying on the next group trip to the Riviera Maya.

We are a Danish/Canadian couple that love to travel. We have owned, operated and worked full time in our supermarket in Denmark for 24 years. We have enjoyed this career and life style for many years. We both enjoy working together and working in the service business so it was very natural for us to find a new job to keep us busy that deals with communicating, advising and helping people. With this in mind, we decided that would enjoy helping other people that love traveling to find and provide fantastic accommodations in an absolutely wonderful setting .... our favorite holiday spot .... the Mexican Riviera Maya. After coming to Riviera Maya and Cancun for more than 15 years, we decided this would be the spot that we would like to spend more time and also promote and help other travelers to experience this part of the world. We are now spending half of the year here in the heart of the Riviera Maya in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. We own one Villa here and manage and book other Villas in the area. We enjoy helping others by offering excellent accommodation, friendly service, and helpful suggestions so you can expereince a terrific holiday.

It is in the heart of the Riviera Maya. Close to most of the Cenotes and most of the theme parks. You have your own 5 bedroom Villa with a nice, private pool. Puerto Aventuras has a lot to offer. A well equipped marina with a lot of different boats. Snorkeling, Diving, Fishing, Spear Fishing, Fun Catamarans and boats to just go out and have a fun time. There is also a good variety of restaurants around the Dolphin Center, where you can watch or swim with the dolphins. White sandy beaches with kids friendly water, where you can snorkle right from the beach. All in less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Villa. Puerto Aventuras is also a gated community, so it feels very safe all day all night. Good weather all year round, and the fact that you can be on the beach all year round.

These 2 fantastic located luxury Villas are an excellent place for bringing your whole family, having a private wedding, celebrating a special birthday or anniversary, and/or getting your close friends together for a holiday for an unforgettable experience in the Riviera Maya. These Villas are an excellent location to get all three generations together for a fantastic holiday and make beautiful memories. Combining these two beautiful Villas offer fantastic settings for larger groups to be together but also provides you with your own private space. Villa Sarita welcomes the guests with a front yard courtyard with a lovely water fountain and a lovely covered sitting area. When you come into the lobby there is a wet bar where you all can meet and enjoy a cold refreshment. Villa Miramar provides a large screened in area when you arrive at this Villa to give you and your traveling group another great place to meet and sit around and have a visit with your traveling group. Both Villas have gourmet kitchens with lots of granite countertops, a kitchen island and a kitchen bar with stools for extra sitting space. The dining rooms and living rooms are both facing the 2, 2 level private pools and wonderful area around the pool. Here there is more great spaces for the traveling group to get together and enjoy the outdoor pool bar, barbecue, loungers and couch set. The garden area at the end of the pools are beautiful with palm trees and blooming bushes. Both Villas back onto the Puerto Aventuras 9 hole golf course. Each Villa has 5 bedrooms with beautiful wooden furniture, comfortable beds and ensuite marble bathrooms. Both Villas have a sitting area on the 2nd floor, and a large covered outdoor balcony. Just another great place to sit and enjoy the view of the poolside area and garden. Up on the roof top of these 2 Villas, there are terraces with each having a palapa where you can relax in the hammock and enjoy the Caribbean breeze and fantastic view of the area.
