Las reuniones familiares, bodas, etc. - este es el lugar perfecto. Villa Sol Haa y Casa Cielo son dos hermosas villas que se encuentran en un terreno frente a la playa maravillosa en la zona principal de Cozumel. Cuando se combina este es el alquiler de vacaciones ideal para grupos grandes.

A un corto unidad de ocho minutos al sur de la ciudad, al lado del gran parque ecológico llamado Chankanaab. Esta propiedad es uno de una clase! El buceo es increíble justo en la playa de arena, y las empresas de buceo le recogerá en nuestra playa.

Cada villa tiene una piscina privada para que los huéspedes pueden relajarse en una piscina mientras los niños juegan en el otro. Podemos también tenemos cocineros se encargan de sus comidas mientras estás allí, así que no hay nada que hacer sino relajarse en una de las terrazas o en la piscina.

Great location

The house overall is showing some wear but the location is fabulous. The beach is small but great. Pools were nice and the on site couple were so sweet. Tortugas beach club next door was great to have close by.

nice large space for big groups.

We loved our time in these 2 villas. They are a bit tired, but clean. We were confused that the two villas were not side by side but one in front of the other limiting the ocean views. We mostly hung out in the ocean front home. Tortugas bar is right next door, but they were lovely neighbors and bar noise ends in late afternoon when the cruise ships depart. Also, the snorkeling in front of the villas was disappointing. We sighted a few nice rays and interesing fish but cruisers have been allowed and encouraged to trample much of the coral.

Great beach houses for large groups

We had a wonderful time, 13 adults and 4 kids under age 4. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the pool areas had lots of chairs. Martin and his wife kept the properties looking great all week, and cleaned both pools and houses every day. Our cooks, Anni and Jackie, were superb. Everyone, including the kids, enjoyed every meal. Tortugas is right next door and provided food and drinks in between meals, delivered right to the pool area. A great week that we won’t forget.

Perfect oasis for large groups

We LOVED this property! It was perfect for our large group of 13. Both houses were equally nice, although only one has rooms that overlook the ocean. All of the rooms are spacious with nice en-suite bathrooms, and the dining and living spaces were large enough for all of us to gather together. We especially love the location: just far enough from town to escape the hustle and bustle, but close enough to anything we may want or need (restaurants, grocery store, etc.) Because of the size of our party, we decided to hire the cooks to prepare our breakfasts and dinners, and it was the best suggestion ever! The menu choices were plentiful and the food was delicious! Martin, the property caregiver was so nice and attentive, without being invasive. And he has the most adorable chihuahuas!! We are counting the days when we can return to Cozumel, and will definitely stay here from now on!!

Lots of room for big families!

This property is really great for large parties! We had 20 people ranging from one year old to 60. We took advantage of the chef service and it was great! The only drawback is that the property does not have a washer and dryer. The beach towels are not changed out throughout the week so by day four, they were very dirty from being drug around in the backyard by the kids. Other than that, everything else was good. Nicolas and Fulvio were always quick to respond to our questions.

Heins Compound - A+

A great location for our family outing. We used both houses in the compound. Everything functioned well. Bathrooms cleaned daily and supplies replaced. the compound was cleaned daily from front to back. The pool was cleaned daily. The caretakers of the compound, did yeomen's work and were much appreciated. The television was on once for 3 hours only. We mostly lived outdoors other than sleeping and eating. We used the pool, the patio area, the beach a little and the water a lot. I highly recommend the the chef we hired. She cooked breakfast and dinner 6 of the 7 days. The snorkel/dive trip was exceptional. I've been diving for 50 years, I know what I want and they exceeded my expectations. There was such a buzz post trip about that trip on the patio all evening. The reefs, the life, the rays and a seahorse for me. The restaurant next door, was very useful. They serviced us constantly with drinks and food during the day, a sunset cruise one evening, a Mayan ruins and tequila tasting trip, a "big fish" fishing excursion and taxi's when we needed them. They close at 5PM so your not dealing with late night whoha!! I want to thank the owner of the compound, your compound and location was perfection for us.

An amazing family trip

I apologize upfront if I use the words Amazing and Awesome throughout this review. The Awesome People: Nicholas responded to all my questions when we booked the house. When Nicholas could not get a response to my email, he texted me. That was going beyond what needed to be done. I have been to a property where I was told, " I tried to contact you". That is not the case with Nicholas. He contacted me, knowing he would not be able to be there when we arrived. He ensured I had another contact to help me if I needed anything. Saul stepped in, and we were not disappointed. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, he fielded many questions from family members. He gave advice on restaurants and places to shop. Saul was always available. We also met Marten, who stayed on the property. What a lovely man. He met us as soon as we arrived and was amazing! He gave us a tour, not just handing us a key. He walked us through each house, explaining how things worked and advising us on things to do around the island. The Houses: The house was amazing! There were 14 of us, ranging from 72 to 2. There was something for everyone. Sitting by the beach, sitting by the pool, sitting on the covered patio, or sitting in the house reading a book (by the way, they had tones of different genres of books at each house in most of the rooms. One in our group got through 4 books). For us, each house had its purpose. The smaller house was called the quiet house, where you went to read or nap. The bigger house

Fabulous Property!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this property. We had a group of 15 people (adults and teens) and rented both villas. The property was incredible! Everyone from the live-in caretaker (Martin and his wife Mercedes) to the property manager (Fulvio) to the owners (Nick and Bronwen) was immediately responsive to anything we asked for or needed. We also highly recommend the meal service as well. The prepared meals were fantastic, and it was wonderful to not have to cook or clean up the entire week. The location is amazing, and if you are divers, you can have the dive boat pick you up on the docks right next door at Tortugas Beach Club, which is what we did all week. We can't wait to come back next year! Thanks again to Nick, Bronwen, Fulvio, Martin, Mercedes, Anny and Jacqui for making our holiday so amazing!

Wonderful extended family vacation spot.

We had a fabulous trip for 20 people- 2 grandparents, and 4 adult children and their spouses, plus 10 grandchildren ranging in age from 2-15. The houses are set up very comfortably and you cannot beat the location. There was something for everyone- even with the beach club next door, that proved to be an added bonus for all. We highly recommend it- specifically the layout with 2 houses. The staff was lovely, particularly the chef who made our trip even better. I highly recommend this property.

2nd Time Renters

This was our 2nd time staying at both villas with 21 family members. Once again, the accommodations are awesome!!!! We shared great memories from the last time, and made more this time around. The snorkeling is such an added bonus right in your backyard. Hopefully, we'll be able to make it a 3rd time.

Great Location

This is an amazing property and one we certainly intend to come back to. We came with a group of 18 adults to celebrate our 10–year anniversary and had an absolute blast. I would recommend this spot highly - plenty of space for everyone to spread out and plenty of common areas for large groups to congregate. And having your own beach and a restaurant next door meant everyone could be on their own schedule. One slight admonishment I would make is that the listing shows laundry on site, but there actually isn’t a machine in either unit. The caretakers will take your laundry into town and return it the next day for a fee. I mention this only to better prepare future guests because I would have packed differently if I knew that. Other than that small blip, everything with the house was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to come back!

Highly Recommend

My Family of 17 (adults and children) rented both villas June 8th thru June 15th 2019. I can not say how wonderful our stay was. It was like having your own private resort. The ground were kept very clean all week. They also have a cleaning service that comes in every day to clean the inside of the villas. The villas are equipped with everything you need. Dished, utensils, grills, bath towels and beach towels. The location of the villas are a prime location on the island. We rented vehicles and there is enough parking on the grounds for at least 4 vehicles and the gate is locked every night. Everything on the island was easy to get to. We were able to run to the Mega (grocery store) and get our groceries very easy. We explored the island stopped at bars, restaurants, and did some shopping. There is also a bar Tortugas steps away from the villa. It was perfect for times we didn't want to cook and can get drinks if we wanted. There were also a few shops for shopping as well. This bar offers excursions and snorkeling equipment. I can't say enough about the location for snorkeling.... the BEST!!!!! The kids had a blast!! We did a lot of day and night snorkeling. I would recommend using water shoes. The beach is very clean and beautiful but it is a bit rocky. I would also recommend exploring the beach at night. You will see crabs and a lot of snails large and small. The private chef is amazing. We had a family dinner of Fajitas. We did chicken, beef, and shrimp. It was the best food we ate all week. I would definitely get at least one meal made by him. All of Nicholas's staff are wonderful. Manuel the house caretaker was very nice. The house manager Fulvio was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and replied to any questions or problems immediately. Very Very nice man. It was an amazing vacation and I highly recommend this location. Everything was easy to book and had the proper communication needed for a wonderful family vacation. Thank you Nicholas and we will be back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was absolutely amazing!

The property was absolutely perfect. The villas are gorgeous, large, and very comfortable. We were able to cook anytime we needed but also had access to food and drinks close by when we didn't want to cook. There was also parking for two vans in front of the villas. Having the pool was perfect as the kids who came on the trip never left them. The snorkeling is fantastic right in front of the beach. Fulvio who is the property manager is so nice but we had absolutely no problems with villas. We will definitely be wanting to come back!

WHAT AN AMAZING VACATION!!!

We simply can not say enough about the villas and the staff. 21 of us booked over a year ago and could not wait for this vacation to get here. It was worth every minute of the wait. The villas are well appointed, decorated beautifully and incredibly comfortable. We ALL felt right at home. With the convenience of Tortugas Beach Resort right next door the majority of us never left the property other than to walk to the beach to snorke or climb on a boat to go scuba diving. If anyone reading this review is interested in a private chef during your stay....you will NOT regret it. The food is incredible and well worth every dollar spent. The property manager, care taker and housekeeper are all extremely friendly and accommodating and truly dedicated to making sure your stay is everything you hope it will be. A huge shout out and heartfelt thank you to Fulvio, Sandra, Julio, Nancy, Edgar, and Alondra for an exemplary experience. We are hoping to book this property again soon.

A Beautiful and Remarkable Vacation

This was an incredible family vacation!!!! We rented out both villas for our family of 17 (ages ranging from 3 to 62) and had an AMAZING time. The Villas/Property are outstanding and we were impressed at the spaciousness of both. Each bedroom had its own bathroom/shower which was greatly appreciated, and unheard of in rental sites. Everything you could ask for, and so much more was at our disposal. Juan, the caretaker, went all out to make sure of that. The beach and snorkeling were top-notch...like snorkeling in an aquarium. Plus, the pools were an added bonus. There was no reason for us to even leave other than the occasional trip to town for groceries or dining out. Our family can not stop talking about our trip, and have remarked that this was our best vacation ever. We are looking forward to renting these villas in (2) years.

Amazing Wedding Destination!

We rented both villas for our destination wedding and had 21 people staying on site. This was the perfect place for a beach wedding. Nicholas was very accommodating in allowing us to have additional people come attend the wedding. Thank you so much for that!! Also Juan, the caretaker, was absolutely AMAZING. He went way above and beyond for us especially the day of the wedding. He and Cindy take very good care of the property. Beautiful place Nicholas, I can't wait to come back in the future!

What an incredible experience in Cozumel

This is an outstanding property. We had a party of 14 and had a wonderful time. The houses are very well maintained. The property is right on the beach. Juan and Nancy maintain the property and are very helpful and make sure all your needs are met. We used Fernando for chef service. He is an outstanding chef and a really nice person that the family got to know and enjoy. Fernando has his own restaurant as well. He prepared some wonderful authentic Mexican meals for us that we all enjoyed. He also prepared chicken fingers and kid-appropriate food for the little folks. This is a wonderful place for a large group to go and relax and have a wonderful vacation. We did not need a car. Taxis are everywhere. Anytime we needed to go somewhere we asked Juan to get a taxi and it would be there in 10 to 15 minutes.

Amazing Stay!

We booked both villas for a large family gathering, of 17 people. Nicholas, the owner of the property made everything very simple and quickly responded to all my questions. The properties are amazing and well kept. Juan, the caretaker was very helpful and nice. You are able to snorkel right off the private beach. The snorkeling was better than some tours I have paid for. There were several younger kids in our group under 11years old and they also had a blast. We opted for chef service for lunch and dinner. Chef Fernando was super nice and made us all fantastic meals daily. Our trip was amazing and everyone had a really nice time. I could not recommend a better place to stay. We will be returning for another trip! Thanks for the wonderful memories.

Dream Vacation

We spent a pampered week at Villa Sol Haa! There were 11 of us ranging from 18 months to 58 years old. Nicholas (the owner) was very helpful and prompt in his replies to our questions as we prepared for our trip. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and cared for by Juan. He was never in the way, but always seemed to be right there when we needed him. The home is Spectacular! Six perfect bedrooms and plenty of gathering space for a large group. The pool/yard/beach were perfect! Especially awesome for our grandson. Our only surprise was the new Tortugas Beach Club at the end of the property on the beach. We were nervous at first, but they cater to the cruise ships, so their guests are only there mid-day. We went over there several times and took advantage of the fish spa and enjoyed a pineapple drink on the deck. Also, they were happy to sell and deliver us ice for the week! We had Chef Fernando prepare us three gourmet dinners. Not only was the food delicious, but he is an awesome guy! Taxis are readily available if you just walk to the road. We used them several times into town for nights out and grocery shopping. Mega is the local store - similar to a WalMart. They have everything from household needs to food (including great fresh meats/fish) and alcohol. Money Bar is a restaurant within walking distance (15-20 minutes) and Chankanaab is about a 10 minute walk. We have been to all-inclusive resorts in Cozumel many times, but this "private resort" was by far our best vacation yet! CHEERS!

Incredible Villa, great location, wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We stayed at Villa So Haa in December and could not ask for a better spot to spend a week in Cozumel. Both houses and the grounds are all impeccable with all the modern conveniences you could ask for. The pools and beach are exactly what anyone could ask for in a private retreat. Everyone was so helpful, from the onsite personnel to the owner -- anything we needed was addressed in a very hospitable way. I would recommend this to anyone who either wants to relax with a bunch of family or friends; or to others who want the best home base while they go out and explore the many sites. I plan on staying here again as it cannot be matched anywhere else on the island.

Amazing time in Cozumel

My family and I rented both villas for around a week. The place is very beautiful and the villas extremely clean, well taken care of, comfortable and more spacious than they look. Staff was super friendly and helpful with every request we had. Chankanaab is walking distance and right at the beach in front of the property you can do snorkeling, or be picked up for scuba diving trips. You can have a whole vacation without even needing to leave the villas!

We love this property as it is lush and tropical with some of the best swimming and snorkeling on the island, and it is close to downtown( 8-10 minutes)

Full time staff that live on the property. My staff are there to help with any questions regarding the property and they clean the villas 6 days per week.
