A lovely small clean apartment close to shops and metro 1 which made it easy to get to a lot of major sights. It was the perfect stay for our family. Appreciated the kitchen and washing machine :) The hosts were great. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Great place for home base

We loved making this our home base while in Paris. The apartment was wonderful for four, and there was easy access to the metro and walking around the city. The sweet lady who checked us in told us all about the market in the neighborhood and the best restaurants. We always felt safe and had the comforts of home.

Wonderful Stay

Apartment has a lovely decor, the building is very quiet, however the hospital is across the street and you do hear the odd siren. Great location, convenient to public transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed this apartment and would book it again.

The apartment provided a very comfortable stay for two adults. We appreciated the kitchen and washing machine, as well as the ability to adjust the temperature on colder nights. The location is excellent for catching a train at Gare de Lyon, with easy step-free access. A great perk with luggage. Metro options were good, but the apartment was also in walking distance of a number places. Overall we enjoyed the neighborhood, and there were a good amount of places to purchase the basics for meals. The Marché Aligre is also in walking distance.We did not use the Murphy Bed in the second bedroom, but the bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. A detailed guide for visitors can be found in the apartment, which was very helpful.

Great location to visit Paris

Very well located. Very close to the Subway, Three things were missing to be the perfect place: An other set of Keys, because it’s not easy if your friends don’t have the same agenda. Some toilet paper. And it would need a good cleaning of corners. Finally, please check the pipes, you must unplug the drains.

Great apartment

It’s a lovely apartment in a lovely neighbourhood.The owner provided a comprehensive compendium in the apartment with all the information you need for the unit and the neighbourhood.Noise wasn’t an issue (there are sirens all over Paris whether you’re near a hospital or not)The metro station is so close and easy to use, there are restaurants and shops within minutes walk, and delicious bakeries for a pastry fix!The apartment was clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable holiday stay. The iron and hairdryer may need a little tlc and a second set of keys would be great.Overall we were extremely happy with our stay.

All you need and more!

Others have stated already how cute, close-to-everything, and we'll taken care of this apartment is, so I want to focus on how functional it is! The owners explain to you with details all the little things you need to do to have a great day in Paris and they welcome you to use what you may need from the furniture drawers... and boy, do they have it all!I usually review based on feeling, and the feeling I got from this property was of home-away-from-home. Loved the apartment, loved the experience.Recommend it? 100%

This property should not be allowed on vrbo. The owners are totally disrepectful. The took their clothes , locked up every closet and drawer they could. There is no place to put anything There was only one chair and a Murphy Bed in 2nd bedroom with only an impossible space to get around it. Totally unacceptable. The pillows are yellow with stains and the beddings is beyond being comfortable.

Cozy and charming apartment. We spent 2 wonderful weeks. Grocery stores, restaurants, metro, bus stations are so closed by, just a few steps away. Missing emergency numbers (police, hospital, fire dept.) in case guests from overseas need to contact authorities for help. We will be back to stay in the apartment.

Spacious rental for 3

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is in a great, safe location—just a 5-minute walk to the metro and located next to a hospital. While we did occasionally hear ambulances, it didn’t bother us.Our group of three found the space very functional. There are two bedrooms with full-size beds and plenty of storage, and the third person slept comfortably on a full-size pull-out couch in the living room. The apartment includes a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and double vanity, and a washer (just note that you’ll need to air dry clothes). The building felt very secure as well.A few downsides: the WiFi didn’t work during our stay, and we had minimal air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable at times during the June heat. We often stayed out late to avoid returning to a hot apartment.Overall, we were very pleased and found this to be a convenient and comfortable home base for exploring Paris!
