The property was out in the country a ways it felt like. Overall the place was absolutely wonderful! Clean, lots of dishes to choose from, and the sleeping was great. My cousin and I took our 4 kids down for some fun and everyone slept comfortably.

Family trip

The property fit our needs just right. House is very clean and comfortable. The wifi went out our first night but it wasn't important to us and I didn't even notify the host, but others might want to know this. Neighborhood was very quiet. Would prefer some darker shades in bedrooms, especially for the bed in front side room of the house, but not a huge deal. Just what we are personally used to. Would stay here again for sure!

Camdenton Stay

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was extremely clean, cool (weather was hot during our stay), and spacious for our family. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was adequate for our needs. Property manager was great at communicating and readily available. Would stay again.

Owner cancelled at 9:33 night before. Our notice - a flag on my iPhone that I would be refunded, No call or text. I had already received my check-in instructions. Two Notes held two separate reasons for cancelation. Dates were to be 9/5-6. I had booked months in advance and advised there would be 4 adults and one dog.The Note on site from owner - previous renters did not clean up after pets. So, not renting to pets - but site still shows pets accepted. Then they wrote there was a pipe break. We travel several times each year. We have never had this happen before. I would be wary of making reservations here.

The property manager Alex cancelled our reservation less than 24 hours before it was supposed to start saying that the AC in the house was not working and that it was difficult for him to find a technician to fix it over the Labor day weekend. Up until this- he had been radio silent about this specific issue. We had booked this property a month in advance. We would have appreciated if he would have notified us with a week or even 48 hours before because it just threw our whole trip into disarray.Beware of this when you book this specific property. If you have a family travelling with you- make sure it doesnt break your budget when enevitanly Alex cancels this on you and you arr forced to rebook other expensive properties at the last moment.

special clean house.

We have stayed at many vacation rentals and this place was by far the cleanest one and even the ceiling fans were dust free. The bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen had everything a cook could ask for and new pots and pans. Had a large nice backyard and porch with table and chairs. I am glad that we could stay at this pace for 4 days. It was decorated so tastefully and even fall decoration.

Alejandro, the host, failed to communicate the with check in instructions so I emailed him at 7pm the night before our arrival to ask. He notified me then that we would not be able to stay there because the air conditioning was not working. He said he had a tech working on it but didn’t think it would be available. Text me an hour later telling me to cancel and that I would get a full refund through Vrbo (which isn’t true). I told him to cancel and he needed to refund my money. He did through Venmo but it still left us (3 couples) with no place to stay just hours before we left for our trip. Very disappointing!
