Beautiful place and wonderful location
The townhouse is new, bright and sunny! We love the location as it’s close to so many stores and places to eat. The walking and biking paths are just outside the door. We also really appreciate that we can park in the garage. Helen does a great job communicating too.

West St Paul is the perfect location in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.
We love the outdoor, access to local restaurants, sporting events, concerts, etc. In the summer, we love walking to the library, biking from our backyard to Minnehaha Falls, St Paul farmer’s market, Mississippi River, etc. in the winter, we can head to Afton for snowboarding. And all year round, there are tons of awesome things to do indoor and outdoor!
