The balcony off the bedroom provides a private oasis with panoramic views of the lake.

Guests can take advantage of the dock, launching a kayak or paddleboarding for a day of water adventures! For those seeking indoor entertainment, the house is equipped with puzzles, games, and a ping-pong table, ensuring there's never a dull moment.

Conveniently located near Super Splash USA and Seven Springs Winery, there's no shortage of activities to enjoy in the area. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Dock:

There are kayaks on the dock and paddleboards, paddles, lily pad and rafts in the shed by the firepit.

In the dock locker, you will find anchors for both the dock locker and the lily pad. The rafts can attach via carabiners to the anchor with floats on it, so you can effortlessly maintain your position in front of the dock. The lily pad can be anchored or attached to the dock and can be left in the water overnight. Please remove from water on your last day, allow to dry, roll it up and place back in the shed.

All paddles, kayaks, noodles, anchors etc should be returned and secured as well. Securing rafts and noodles overnight is a good idea as they can be blown off the dock. There is a retractable clothes line on the dock for hanging the rafts to dry overnight when not in use.

Hammock chairs are in the dock and can be attached to the chains hanging on the front of the dock.

There is also fishing gear in the dock locker for guest use. Jars of bait are provided that will allow you to catch the bluegill that you see around the dock.

A small refrigerator is located in the dock locker for your convenience.

No climbing on boats or jetskis.

Please return swim ladder to the upright position nightly.

You can find some firewood in the shed by the firepit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
