The Space:

This fabulous 4 bedroom 5 bath home is a new build in Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort with over 4000 square feet of luxury living space. With two bedrooms on the main floor and three bedrooms on the second floor, the home will accommodate 10 guests comfortably. The main floor features 20 foot ceilings and floor to ceiling windows to showcase all of the beautiful landscape and nature surrounding this home. The main suite on the first floor features a king size bed, luxurious ensuite with huge walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The office/den adjacent to the main bedroom is a perfect set-up for traveling with infants or toddlers that need to be close. The main floor also features a gourmet kitchen features gas cooking, a wine refrigerator, microwave and spacious refrigerator freezer. The living area will easily accommodate your group and the dining table has seating for 10. The attached screened in porch on the main level has its own full outdoor kitchen for grilling your favorite foods. An additional table seats 6 with additional seating for two. The second floor features a main suite with a king sized bed, attached ensuite and walk-in closet. Another guest bedroom features two twin beds and an attached bath with walk-in shower. Just down the hall is the bunk room, with four twin beds and an attached bathroom with a combination tub/shower bath. All bedrooms feature flat screen TVs with complimentary WiFi for streaming your favorite shows.



All levels of the home are accessible by elevator.



This fabulous home also features its own private, heated pool, outdoor lounges and chairs to accommodate your entire party. Pool can be heated during the off season, September through May, for an additional fee of $700 per week or $100 per day of your visit.
