Desert Escape with Private Heated Pool & Backyard

We invite you to stay at our home in a beautiful, quiet, and safe residential neighborhood in Peoria. Our home is baby friendly with crib, pack and play, high chair and games. We are less than 2 miles to State Farm Stadium, Westgate Entertainment, Desert Diamond Casino and surrounded by golf courses and MLB Spring Training. We are less than 2 hours to Sedona and 3.5 hours to Grand Canyon.

We can accommodate 7 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The HEATED POOL is all yours with a sprinkler and rock waterfall! The backyard is private, set up with patio furniture, a grill and room for games.

Our home is newly remodeled, designed, and "smart home" installed with Nest thermostat, Ring doorbell, keypad entry, Smart TV for streaming and security cameras for your safety. We offer 200mb high speed internet for streaming along with Cox cable.

Each bedroom has a big closet for all of your personal belongings. The kitchen has all of your cooking and entertaining needs including a Keurig coffee machine and pods. No need to buy bottles of water -- stay hydrated with water from our refrigerator with a newly changed water filter.

The backyard is furnished with patio furniture to fit everyone along with pool lounge chairs and a 3 person bench swing for relaxing. The NEWLY INSTALLED HEATED pool is treated and cleaned once a week and the backyard is big enough to throw a ball, play corn hole or any game!

The neighborhood is full of our friends. Many with young children and babies. It is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood.

Once you get your rental car from Phoenix Sky Harbor we are a 20 minute drive just over the border of Glendale. The supermarket, Target, Kohl's, Home Depot, convenience stores, restaurants, fast food, and gyms are less than a mile away all along 91st Ave. We are just 1 hour and 45 minutes from Sedona and 3.5 hours to the Grand Canyon. We are surrounded by golf courses as our area is a popular golf getaway and half of the MLB Spring Training Sites.

We are a phone call, text or email away. We are also connected with our neighbors, friends and pool guy in the event of an emergency.

The property was very easy to access and located in what seemed to be a family-friendly neighborhood. We met some of the neighbors coming and going, and they were very welcoming. The backyard is a great, private space and we also enjoyed the pool. There is not a dedicated gate around the pool, but there are child locks on the doors that prevent access the pool. I appreciated this extra feature, knowing our kiddo would not be able to access the pool without direct supervision. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Our review

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool was clean and refreshing—definitely the highlight of our trip. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the water and enjoying the peaceful vibe. The patio area was also great for lounging and having coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening.The neighborhood was very quiet and well-kept, which made for a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout our stay. We felt safe and at ease the entire time.Another big plus was the location. It was very close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other everyday essentials. It was easy to run out for anything we needed or grab a quick bite to eat nearby without having to drive far.Overall, the property was just what we were looking for—comfortable, convenient, and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay!

We enjoyed our time at this home. Unfortunately we didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the nice backyard. Our next stay will include time to just hang out at the home. The host were awesome.

Host cancelled 40 minutes before checkin

I can't give a review because the host cancelled 40 minutes before check in. First excuse- cleaner cancelled. Second excuse- young adults trashed the house. Ultimately, the host stated it was on the other booking platform and forgot to check the vrbo platform. There was a car in the driveway so most likely someone was staying there. So basically, Taylor Swift had a concert that night and most likely the host rented out at a higher rate to someone else and didn't care that we paid 4 months ago nor felt the need to communicate the fact that we had no where to stay.

Long weekend getaway

We stayed 4 nights for a long weekend from Alaska. The house was as advertised.. Clean and ready to go. We were visiting our daughter who is going to ASU west. Location was great and central to everything we needed to do. We will definitely opt to stay here again when we return.
