Convenient, central location for events in the beautiful Skagit Valley! This lovely home is clean, comfortable and safe on a spacious quarter acre lot. Plenty of room to accommodate family gatherings with an open floor plan between kitchen, dining and living areas. Dining room table expands with room to fit 6 comfortably with an additional 4 countertop chairs.
3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen beds and 1 double/full bed. Amenities includes a washing machine, WiFi, AC, heating, iron and coffee maker. Whether you're exploring the charming city or simply relaxing indoors, this house is the perfect base for your vacation. Property managed by the home owner & neighbor and I'm happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our lovely home.

My husband and I are both native to the local area. We fell in love with this beautiful home and wanted to share it with others who may be coming to the area for work or pleasure. We have two young children and a pair of rescue liter-mate dogs. The comfortability and convenience of this home is unmatched if you're hospital staff. We love being able to share this special home with others who value comfortable convenience.

We love this neighborhood! We have lived here since 2021, we're a neighbor to this home and have loved raising our children here. There are multiple schools and parks within walking distance. We love that it's a residential area in the medical district that's close to i5 and the hospital (I work there). We love the convenience in a town that offers events for kids and adults both.

Our main guests are medical staff. Between hospital staff stays, to fill the gaps, we rent to families traveling to the area for various reasons. We wanted to create a serene retreat for hospital staff to relax, unwind and recharge in a comfortable home environment after a long day. It is a clean, comfortable, safe and convenient home for families coming into town whether it be for the Tulip Festival, a family vacation to spend time with one another or a pitstop on a longer expedition. There are event venues, restaurants, kid activities/events and scenic spots we can recommend upon request depending what your interests are! We live next door so if there is anything you need, we're here!
