Sleeps 6. Living area has floor to ceiling windows and flatscreen. Free Wifi and Roku. Fully equipped kitchen has plenty of space for meal preparation. Dining table seats 6. Spacious entry with boot bench and hall closet. Large covered deck has table for 4. This south-facing deck can be used year-round. Full-size washer and dryer in unit for convenience.

Parking
2 Parking Permits are provided in the unit. The unit has 2 unassigned surface parking spots in the lot next to the building.

Location
The Anchorage is a beautiful complex right on the water with well maintained grounds. Big lawn for play in winter or summer.

In the summer take an easy flat walk along the shore or footpath to the Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar and the Dillon Amphitheater. On the Summit County Recreation/Bike path that goes all around the lake and to every town and resort. A wonderful central location. Near Dillon Beach which has SUP and kayak rentals.

In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone, 15 minutes to Arapahoe Basin or Copper Mountain, 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Just 30 minutes to Vail. Less than 5 minutes to City Market, REI, snowsport rental, sporting goods, restaurants, brewpubs, cinema, bowling, nightlife. Less than 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Enjoy the new Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
