Enjoy morning views with coffee, evening drinks on the balcony, starlight at the fire pit and lazy days of swimming, picnicking, kayaking, or fishing from our private dock, no boats. Access to the community pool is just minutes away. Our area offers lots of outdoor activities including hiking, biking, rock climbing, tubing, water sports, and nearby boat rentals for a day out on the clear, crisp, water.

Our 1BR/1BA spacious apartment has it`s own private covered entrance with onsite parking space. Relax with these features: queen bed, full kitchen, large spacuois bath, living area with work desk, balcony overlooking lake, washer and dryer, and gas grill. Shared outdoor spaces include access to firepit area, swing, glider, and lower deck of the private dock located onsite, but please NO boat docking allowed. High wake can occur during busy periods, mostly weekends or holidays. Guests can also use to the nearby Community Pool and Picnic area with car parking.

We are conveniently located between Asheville and Charlotte, making us a perfect spot for day trips. Our area is referred to as Nature’s Playground near Pisgah National Forest, close to Linville Gorge, the Fonta Flora State Trail System, Shortoff Mountain, and Table Rock.

We are managed by a NC Broker and require full contact information on the responsible booking party. Please be sure to review the rental agreement attached to the platform prior to booking. We look forward to hosting you!

Private use of apartment above the garage. Private use of the grill located at the garage. Keyless entry code on both the exterior door and the interior unit door. Lower entry area for dropping off shoes, chairs, and equipment.

Dock access to lower level and use of 2 kayaks.
Fire pit area above dock, please use the path provided.

Exterior video cameras are used for safety precautions.

If owner is onsite, they may say hello, but they will respect the guests privacy.

The owner has their boat at the dock and if they are present, they will need to access it also.
If the weather is bad, the owner may also enter the garage through the side door to access vehicles or equipment. Under no circumstances will they disturb a guest.

This home does have exterior video cameras for safety purposes only.
The booking party MUST be present during the entire stay. No large groups, gatherings, or events. No smoking or vaping on property. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults. Limit 1 vehicle for parking. Dock and firepit may be shared with host if onsite.
