Very comfortable and convenient

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. My sister and I brought my 4 kids (2 of them are adults ) and our mom to Niagara Falls. It was the perfect vacation. The house just far enough away to not be in the crowd and close enough you could walk if you wanted to. Thank you!

The house and location were perfect for us. Very local to the US and Canadian side of the falls. With easy access to the border for Canadian visits. Plenty of room for 6 adults and we could sleep in each morning and have family time in both the morning as well as the evening after a day of seeing all the sights. We had everything we needed provided for us in the home and it was a comfortable setting. The beds were super comfy too. Would definitely recommend for any family. Thanks!

Beautiful house a little dated but in good condition. Lots of space for large families. Kurig with Tim hurtons k-cups. Tea and creamers were provided was able to check in a little early. Off street parking decent neighborhood. With all amenities with few blocks from house. host stayed in touch to make sure everything was ok from check in to check out. Will definitely book again In

Nice old house to stay at

Good location to stay if you're wanting to stay not far from the falls. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and the water was hot. I'd definitely stay there again, my mom really loved the place, she didn't want to leave.😆

Niagara Falls Mother's Day retreat

My daughter and her family from Alaska traveled for an overnight to see the Falls and visit Buffalo Bills Pro Shop and Anchor Bar. We truly enjoyed this VRBO, the house was immaculate, and the milk window, and laundry chute still intact from days gone by were a treasure. Our only regret, we only stayed one night. We will definitely be back, it was so convenient to everything we needed.

The house was very easy to find and super close to Niagara Falls and the Rainbow Bridge. It fit all 11 of us perfectly! The drive to the house did look a little iffy at times like others have mentioned, but we had zero problems and felt safe. The only issue was one of the beds was very loud. Any movement sounded like you were crushing a bag of chips. That is the only negative thing I could say. That’s one out of 6 different beds, so overall good! I would stay here again when in the area!

Weekend holiday stay

Not the nicest part of the city but convenient to the Falls. 4 bedrooms was ideal for our adult children and spouses and two infant grandchildren. Children’s playground across the road was appreciated. Felt like more effort and attention to cleaning (ie kitchen floor and carpeted stairway) would have been nice. Overall met our needs and expectations

My first impression when driving threw the neighborhood I was concerned. I would honestly say it was a very nice and relaxing stay. The house was clean and it's nearby many things to peek your. Very close to the Falls

At first, I was little concerned about the neighborhood. Google navigator had us driving through some very sketchy areas. But the house was good, clean, and comfortable. I would encourage the host to install hand rails to go up the sideways entrance for people like me who use a cane and need something to hold on to. I would also recommend hand rails for the bathrooms in the bathtub/shower to prevent falls. Otherwise, very nice stay.

Excellent location. Super host

This was a wonderful place to stay. The host is one of the best as he was responsive and very accommodating. We were here to tour Niagara Falls and this house was positioned close to both US and Canadian side. We had our own parking which was a plus. The house fitted all eight of us comfortably. It was also well stocked on all the toiletries. The reason it lost o e star is because the house was not as clean as it could be. We noticed some spider webs. The carpet to upstairs could be cleaner. We all brought our own house shoes. One of the mater bed upstairs mattress felt old and too soft. There’s no central AC but each room had their own AC unit which was good and bad. The bad because the AC units were very loud. Aside from that it’s a great place to stay. Hope everyone loooking will give this place a try.
