Welcome to the Parkside Estate of Niagara Falls, NY USA. We offer a private, fully furnished, 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twin beds with 2 full baths home located just minutes from beautiful Niagara Falls USA and Canada. Free onsite parking for two vehicles on the driveway.
The Parkside Estate is private, comfortable, and clean. Recently renovated with new paint, and new fixtures, our home boasts an open concept kitchen and dining space, new mattresses, towels and bedding. We provide complimentary coffee and tea as well as bathroom basics like towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap. The WiFi is included, free of charge.

Quick Family Getaway

The property was pretty spacious and clean. It was comfortable for our family of six for the weekend. Sergio (the host) was extremely kind and responsive. We’d definitely stay here if we were to come back to the Buffalo/Niagara area again.

Vintage house with modern amenities

This house has been well loved and cared for, and a recent cosmetic update has modernized the look and feel of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, right next to a large park. There was ample space for our family group, and I would recommend the property. After an initial hiccup in communications, everything went smoothly.

Fantastic Property!

The house was in a great location. We were 10 minutes the Falls which made it easy to travel back and forth throughout the day. Property was clean and we'll maintained. Neighborhood was quiet and safe! I enjoyed chatting with the neighbor who was extremely welcoming. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive. This house had plenty of room for two families (9 people). Highly recommended!!!

Nice location and cute house

The house was very cute and super clean. It was near the end of a dead end road which was very nice because it was so peaceful. It was close to everything and close to the falls. The only downfall was the house is loud. Everything kind of echos and is amplified. We have five kids and even them walking upstairs sounded like a heard of elephants lol we still enjoyed our stay!

Overall the experience as just average. The place wasn’t cleaned well, plastic bottles were left from the previous stay. The place itself is very old and rooms upstairs had a musty smell. Toilets knobs were very loose. The owner did try to make the experience as pleasant as possible by regularly checking in , has AC units upstairs which allows for cold air especially since the upstairs is converted attic space. etc. just that the place is old, can’t say much other than that.

Great house with plenty of space

The house is better than the pictures show. The living room has new sofas, a fireplace and a good space to hang out. Its big window outlooks the park across the street (dead end street). Kitchen is well equipped, and the dining area has a world map on the wall, a very interesting decoration that entertained us for a long time. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor have a good size, and share a full bathroom with walk in shower. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom and have an interesting layout and good privacy. The house has beautiful wood cabinets all over the first floor, and you understand why they are there when you read the story of the house. New linens and towels (not big towels, but honest and soft). No issues with communication. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Niagara Falls Trip

The convenience of a home with kids and elder parents is unparalleled. The home was well maintained.

The host was very responsive, check in check out was a breeze. Instructions were clear. We had a great stay. The property is at an ideal distance from the falls, takes about 10 mins drive. Nice safe neighborhood. Garage doesn't work and if it did couldn't fit a van sized car. Bathrooms and the kitchen don't have an exhaust, kitchen has one but without a fan but who does heavy cooking anyway on a vacation. Overall a great value for money deal.

VRBO Parkside Estate Niagara Falls NY USA

Rental was very clean and roomy with many large windows allowing lots of daylight. The large and comfortable living room enhanced the family experience enabling discussions between family members. Kitchen was well equipped, and all appliances were clean and in good working order. The rental is in neighborhood bordering a golf course and was quiet and very close to Niagara Falls USA and the Rainbow Bridge to Canada. Excellent food shopping is found nearby. Back yard has ampule lawn space for games and contained a Grape Arbor which could hold a large table - in good weather don't miss this dining experience usually only found in European Chateaus with vineyards. The grape arbor which was fully covered with white grapes is very old and in excellent condition. Our VRBO Host Sergio was outstanding making the entire rental process very enjoyable.

Sibling reunion

My 3 siblings and I rented this house for a sibling reunion. We were all born in Niagara Falls, but live in different parts of the country now. The house was great for us. The 4 bedrooms made it possible for each of us to have our space. The location was convenient to the falls, to Canada, and to Grand Island where we grew up. We would definitely consider renting it again if we go back to the area again.

Enjoyed our visit

We enjoyed our visit from 7/15 to 7/21. The rental property was clean and roomy for the 6 of us, youngest turned 17 during our visit. Near Niagara Falls area and points of interest. We didn’t need anything but our host was accessible. The house was very well stocked with all the necessities. Kitchen was roomy and easy to cook in. Family room was roomy for hanging out together. Backyard was nice. Neighbors were friendly. Thank you Sergio for a pleasurable stay.
