Our cozy retreat is surrounded by a mix of charming homes, from classic 1960s ranches to stunning custom-built residences. As you journey up through the rolling hills, you’ll be greeted by beautifully landscaped mountain vistas that showcase breathtaking views of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

With soaring vaulted ceilings, rich hardwood floors, and two grand living rooms each with a cozy fireplace, you'll instantly feel at home. The main living area, complete with a stunning stone fireplace, invites you to unwind, while the Terrace level offers a second great room for even more relaxation. The gourmet kitchen, adjacent to the great room, and the expansive dining area are perfect for gathering with loved ones as you prepare and enjoy meals together.

Step outside to discover multiple outdoor spaces, including partially covered decks, a soothing hot tub, and a fire pit—all designed to let you savor the fresh mountain air. Whether you seek solitude or togetherness, there's a perfect spot for everyone, especially by the serene stream.

The lower level features a versatile Bunk/TV/Game Room with full-size (double) bunk beds, ideal for both kids and adults. The game room is a paradise for billiards enthusiasts, offering a pool table, foosball, and even an Xbox One for gaming fun. Just outside, challenge your friends to a game of Cornhole. And don’t worry, there are plenty of games for adults too. Whether you’re indoors or out, let the soothing sounds of nature lull you into relaxation in your own private mountain paradise.

You’ll be just minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, where breathtaking views await. Enjoy nearby outdoor adventures like motorcycle touring, cycling, hiking, white-water rafting, rock climbing, kayaking, and zip-lining. Bedroom #1 – Main Level: Master Suite with a King Bed, private ensuite bath featuring a shower and Jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom #2 – 2nd Floor: Guest Suite with a King Bed and private ensuite bath.
Bedroom #3 – 2nd Floor: Guest Room with 2 Queen Beds, sharing a full bath.
Bedroom #4 – 2nd Floor: Guest Room with a King Bed, sharing a full bath.
Bedroom #5 – 2nd Floor: Guest Suite with a Queen Bed and private ensuite bath with shower.
Bedroom #6 – Lower Terrace Level: Guest Suite with a King Bed and private ensuite bath with tub/shower combo.
Bedroom #7 – Lower Terrace Level: Bunk Room featuring 2 sets of Full-size Bunk Beds and an ensuite bath with shower.
Additionally, there’s a convenient powder room on the main floor.

Additional Rate Information and Fees:

Minimum Stay: A 3-night minimum is required for all holidays and special events.

Observed holidays and special occasions subject to holiday rates include: New Year’s, MLK Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Cleaning Fee: $570
