Tan pronto como salga a nuestro lanai, verá la espectacular vista del océano a su derecha y la vista del campo de golf a la izquierda. The Beach Villas es una residencia privada en la playa y ofrece la experiencia de vacaciones más lujosa en Hawai.

Bienvenido a Beach Villas of Ko Olina Resort, el primer condominio privado frente al mar en Oahu en 25 años. Ko Olina Gem

We swam right at the lagoon everyday with sea turtles and so many fish. The unit had everything you could need: blender, tupperware, beach chairs, beach towels…laundry detergent. The view when you face right out of the sliders in unobstructed full ocean views. Each day our 8 year old fed the koi fish on property, no charge. He loved it. Great unit to stay in with yoir family. We had plenty of room for our familybof 5.

Ko'Olina Convert!!

The entire stay from pre check-in communication to the moment we closed the door on the way out was absolutely amazing!! I was a little skeptical with such a personal checkin process, but Cherie was great and I felt so comfortable with her. In fact, I actually enjoyed having her show us around and get us settled in. The condo was spotless and very comfortable. I very much enjoyed having the balcony face out towards the Marriot and the view down to the lagoons was spectacular at sunset. We have traveled to all the other major Hawaiian islands, and this was our first stay in Oahu. After spending the first few days of our trip in Waikiki, I almost gave up on Oahu in general. Ko'Olina made me change my outlook for sure. We typically avoid resort areas, and honestly I was super hesitant on the idea of staying in a resort area. But like my title says, we are officially Ko'Olina converts!! With Kapolei only a 5 to 10 minute drive down the road, food, shopping and all the amenities were so easy to get to. And if you hit traffic right, its an easy commute to get to basically anywhere on the island. The best part? Being able to come back to the condo after an adventure filled day and take a sunset swim in the nice calm water lagoon just outside of the gates. By the way, we snorkled around each lagoon and by far my favorite lagoon with the best fish and reef was the one right in front of the condo. Mahalo Cherie, us Alaskans will for sure be back ASAP!!

Perfect in paradise

The stay was amazing. The condo was clean, well-maintained in the perfect location. The check-in check out processes were simple and easy. The owner was very hospitable and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Splendid views, utilities etc. Cherie is a reliable and excellent communicator from the day of booking to greeting us. Cherie gave a short, precise walk thru with just the right amount of necessary information. The condo was spotless and there were sufficient supplies. Only one issue: the main bedroom thermostat seemed to be on a default setting at 63 degrees. Despite changing the temperature to the mid 70s, after several hours the A/C would be at 63degrees again. Mahalo Cherie. We will return for the next family reunion.

Wonderful time

Had a great time here. Enjoyed the condo and it had everything we needed to have family fun.. beach chairs, boogie boards and masks with snorkels. The kids loved the lagoon.

Just wow!!

We had such an incredible stay and family vacation. So wonderful. The Beach Villas are beautiful and were so perfect for our family gathering. (3 different condos). The lagoons offered the perfect and safe place for all ages. The pools - hours of fun. The location is convenient. The condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Communication with Cheri was helpful and she stayed in touch with us all along the way. Her introduction to the condo and area was most helpful. Thank you!

Perfect for Family Stay

We typically stay at the Marriott in Ko Olina but decided to switch to these condos for this trip. We were very happy we made the change and would stay here again. Everything was clean, easy to use, and perfect for a family.

The unit was exactly as it appeared on the listing. Very quiet unit and extremely clean. Cherie meet us for check in which only took about two minutes. She was a pleasure to deal with. It was a fantastic stay.

Awesome Condo

We had a wonderful visit to the beautiful island of Oahu, especially Ko'Olina where the unit is. The condo is spacious, updated and met our needs very nicely. The host was very responsive to the questions I had and especially went out of her way to help us get settled at the beginning. The facility does not have any dining accommodations (which we knew before arriving). However, there are a number of great restaurants within walking distance. I definitely recommend this unit and this host to anyone wanting to stay in this area of Ko'Olina.

Fabulous location and property

Everything about this rental was A+! Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Great views from the outside balcony. We loved walking to the little market across the street every morning. The beach access was beautiful. Easy walking to the Paradise Cove Luau. Can’t say enough about the location!

Fabulous stay at Beach Villas

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beach Villas #824. The 2 bedroom condo is is wonderfully equipped, in a beautiful location on the KoOlina Resort Washer and dryer is a bonus. The oceanview from the lanai is incredibly stunning! We sat for hours absorbing the "ocean music", and fresh sea air! Communication replies with condo manager was very prompt and courteous. Checkin was easy. We highly recommend Beach Villas #824.

Beautiful

Best vacation ever! This place is amazing and pretty perfect. The staff are very kind and accommodating. The room was beautiful. The large lanai gave us a view of the mountains and the ocean..peaceful and serene. The state of the art kitchen was wonderful. This is a quiet peaceful property with use of a quiet lagoon and beach. The great restaurants are within easy walking distance, plus you can cook meals in that great kitchen that is loaded with all the amenities. I’ll be back for sure!

Perfectly relaxing

The location is perfect for a resort style stay. The property manager and host is amazing, she communicates often, was welcoming and responsive. The villa has everyone you'll need for a comfortable stay. The property pool and near by lagoon make for hours of play. Additionally the view is gorgeous and the lanai large. Totally recommend if you want to enjoy Oahu away from the bustle of Honolulu

Perfect place to get away from it all

Very well appointed and comfortable unit. We had everything we needed for a week in the Sun. Location is great, but be aware that it will take you 30 minutes to an hour to get into Honolulu/Waikiki area, so plan accordingly.

Paradise in Hawaii

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. Cherie was a dream to work with and so helpful! Everything was exactly as shown and the amenities were perfect. We especially appreciated the very comfortable bed in the master and large closets. Every morning we had coffee on the lanai and enjoyed the ocean view. What a great way to start the day! Maholo!

Loved the property!

Loved that it was much less busy than other areas! Unit was great except washer dryer was tricky(didn’t try to get help but sure Cheri would have been on it). A/C quit working one night but they repaired it quickly. Loved the view!

Beautiful View

This property was perfect in every way! Easy access to the pools. hot tub and most importantly the beach! Within walking distance to local coffee shop and eating establishments. We had a wonderful time and hate to have to go home. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
