Enter this Gulf side condo and be greeted by the comforts of home and rays of sunshine through the sliding door that leads to your private patio with comfortable loungers. With a charming, open concept kitchen and living area, you will find a freshly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances to cook up yummy meals. The living room has a 65-inch TV to help you unwind and relax when you are not enjoying the sand and surf of the beach.
When it's time to settle in for the night, the kids can retire to the bonus room with a twin over full bunk bed. Parents can retire to the master bedroom featuring a cozy king bed. The private master bathroom features a BRAND NEW luxury spa like oversized shower with full body, massaging jetted shower head! The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. Both bathrooms have updated elongated comfort height toilets!
Benefits of the Lighthouse complex include an outdoor pool that is exclusively for guests staying at the complex as well as being located directly on the beach and numerous shopping and dining locations. Enjoy the two zero-entry pools, heated indoor pool, two hot tubs, fitness center with a sauna, and of course the beach! This condo features a full-size washer/dryer to save you time and money! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property on the 2nd floor lobby. If you arrive between the hours of 1am to 8am, you may purchase the passes when they open at 8am. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
