This Edgartown cottage is close to town and the beach, newly built and furnished for summer of 2024. The cozy atmosphere and charming decor make it a fantastic choice for guests seeking a peaceful retreat. The Kitchen, with beautiful quartz counter tops, is well stocked for staying in and cooking a meal.The bathroom is equipped with a large walk in shower. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. There are 2 sitting areas with large Omni series 4k smart TV's to enjoy your favorite programs. There is also a large deck in a garden setting with a dining table and a propane fire pit for your evening enjoyment. Our cottage in Edgartown is situated in a great spot to enjoy restaurants, biking, hiking and swimming on the island of Martha's Vineyard

The whole experience was fantastic! New home, super clean, outside shower available (used several times) was great fun. Water got instantly hot inside and outside. Neighborhood was so quiet and semi remote. Much wildlife that we saw every day when taking our walks. Deer would stand 25 feet away and just stare at us. So many "wild" turkeys too. Moss everywhere on the trees and ground. We highly recommend it with not a single reservation. Thanks Brenda & Chuck.

Brenda and Charlie are amazing hosts. It is evident that they are hands on with the rental. The guest house is impeccable and has everything you can possibly need.

What an excellent host!! Your home had the perfect balance for rest and relaxation. The cleanliness, the abundance of toiletries and cleaning products, and all the other necessities of a home were truly amazing. Everything you need for vacation was Available. I’m looking forward to my next stay at your place. I would rank this location a 10 out of 10.

My wife and I stayed at this property for our honeymoon. We could not have asked for a more perfect trip. The property was immaculate, newly built, and every detail seemed to be covered. We enjoyed all the amenities from grilling, to the gas fire place, to the outdoor shower. We rented bicycles for the week and took full advantage of all the beach gear provided by the hosts, enjoying short-distance trips to the beach for the surf and sun and downtown Edgartown for shopping and dining. Speaking of the hosts, Brenda and Charlie showed unbelievable hospitality and made us feel right at home. This included a welcome gift of champagne to celebrate our big week. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip to the Vineyard, and we hope to stay at this property again someday.

Lovely stay!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful home! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, has a great layout, is well stocked, and immaculately clean! It has a lovely patio in a beautiful garden and is located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were fabulous--friendly, helpful, responsive and went above and beyond to make our stay the pleasure that it was!

Great spot!

Brenda and Charles have created the most welcoming, comfortable space we have ever rented. They have thought of everything to make staying at their space so easy! They were accessible if we needed anything but the house is so well prepared we didn’t need to ask them for anything. The kitchen has everything you need, we even decided to stay in one night and grill rather than dining out. As someone who enjoys cooking I was very impressed with the quality of tools in kitchen. The bathroom and outdoor shower were very comfortable and they even had the best throw blankets for afternoon naps. The location was an easy 20ish minute walk to town. We will absolutely be back!
